From the moment Matt came out to see us to discuss our needs( no sales pitch) to the completion of fitting a walk in shower new toilet and wash basin we cannot fault this company. The fitters arrived on the dot and worked quickly and efficiently and have done a excellent job fitting our new shower ect. They cleared up after themselves so all we had to do was stand and admire our new bathroom. Pity you can only give five stars as some companies deserve more and this is one of them we can't recommend them enough thankyou all at Life Quality Bathing for making it a lot easier than we imagined it would be.

Chose this company for not only the reviews but how professional they where from start to finish, James was very good with design and suggestions also the fitters were very good and did a great job cleaning up after each day. We had Life Quality Bathing recommended to us and so glad we went with them, you hear of so many horror stories and it can cost a lot of money. Matt and Keri were amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. We were so impressed we had our en-suite done after. Matt got the most out of both rooms and made our showering so much more accessible. The installers were brilliant, came when they said they would and put a full days work in, so tidy and considerate. I am a disabled person that couldn't get in or out of my bath. I found Life quality bathing. James came out and an estimate for me and also listened to what I wanted. I now have the most beautiful shower that I can just walk in everyday it has made such a difference to my life. When Matt fitted it nothing was to much trouble. After much research into converting a downstairs toilet into a shower room / 'wet room', we were delighted to find Life Quality Bathing Ltd. - a friendly, family-run company. L.Q.B does not employ 'Salesmen' so their first visit to us was from the Co-Owner/Technical Surveyor who immediately identified the complex ground works necessary - thus saving time. The work (Including some necessary re-designing from the original) was carried out to the highest standard by experienced professionals. We have already highly recommended Life Quality Bathing Ltd. to others.

Walk in shower fitted for my parents. Excellent communication and good quality products, staff really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Designed to meet my Moms needs perfectly. The fitter (Clive) was very good and ensured everything was exactly as planned, he was very hard working and very tidy. Parents very happy, thank you.

Excellent work! Matt has transformed a small ‘functional’ bathroom into the type of bathroom that I’d expect to see in a 4 star hotel. I’m extremely happy with the end result!

We are absolutely delighted with our new shower As I have had mobility issues for about 4 and a half years it was so lovely to be able to wash my feet using the shower seat This company were excellent from the start of the process to the end of the process I must make a special mention of Steve and Shaun our fitters who made us feel so comfortable and who worked incredibly hard As a person who suffers from anxiety and wasn’t looking forward to having strangers in my home I couldn’t have been happier to have such friendly people who kept us informed every step of the way and tidied up brilliantly Thank you so much

The workmen were very good clean and tidy and the quality is excellent

We both have arthritis and although stepping into a bath is not a problem, getting back out is.
An online search found Life Quality Bathing Ltd. Even better, unlike the majority of suppliers, they had an actual showroom where you can see and try the various types of baths.
Keri explained the various styles of baths. We were immediately impressed by easy access bath with a powered rise and fall seat. Perfect for our needs.
Matt carried out a survey to ensure the bath would fit in our bathroom.
We decided to invested in a completely new suite. I had definate ideas about what I wanted
Matt and Keri went above and beyond to source everything including new flooring.
Once the bathroom was stripped out and the plumbing in place we found that the bath would fit, but to get it into the actual space Sean and Steve had to remove tiles and cut out a section of plaster board. After fitting the bath these were replaced perfectly.
The entire fitting was completed to an exceptional standard within the agreed timescale.
The manufacturer had supplied the wrong toilet seat, Matt immediately arranged for the correct seat to be supplied and fitted.
I cannot speak too highly about the service provided by this remarkable team of people.
In addition to fitting our bathroom a long running problem in our ensuite was rectified.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.

We looked online & saw this company, Life Quality Bathing Ltd who specialises in bespoke bathing solutions, we look at their reviews which were excellent.
We contacted the company to get a quote, Matt the managing director came out within a couple of days to see what we wanted. He listen to our needs & offered his professional advice, a plan was drawn up of what we wanted, there was no hard sell.
The company came back with what we considered a very reasonable quote & we arranged a start date.
The fitters Gary & Tom arrived on the time & date agreed, they worked none stop & the job was completed in three & a half days,
We are very pleased with the results & Would highly recommend this company.

5* service from a 5* company. Staff were very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was much less than other quotes I had received. Communication was excellent, and my bathroom was completed on time. Would definitely recommend this company.

Helpful advice from Matt, his wife, and his team from the start. No 'hard sell' and genuinely caring as a company throughout. The installation team (Tom and Gary) were tidy and hard working - a pleasure to have in my house. I am exceptionally pleased with my new bathroom and with the follow up service from Matt, including sending me flowers, which was lovely, thoughtful and unexpected. Matt also resolved a problem I had with another shower that no-one else seemed to be able to resolve. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
