FedEx is fast & reliable

Despite my last purchase experience (delivered by DHL) was not so good, their staff (Irene & Tammy) in Hong Kong have done their utmost effort to make this time’s purchase for me to be fast & smooth (by FedEx). Thumbs up for their services.

Fast delivery

Amend quantity in the check out cart quite confusing, but managed to check out and paid. Ordered products on 31/7/23 and received 9/8/23. Delivery turn around time very fast.

There was some miscommunication…

There was some miscommunication initially on the total amount payable as it was excluding the discount given then the total payable amount showed & the link to pay differ. Lucky it was resolved promptly thus only 4 Stars given. Overall experience was good.
