Hi Sandra, itâs disappointing you have left us a 3 star review as we always like to offer a 5 star service. I did reply to your email within an hour this afternoon reassuring you that your order had been dispatched and as per our shipping policy we were still within the times we advise on our website (5-7 days). As you ordered on Thursday we emailed letting you know we dispatched your order the following Tuesday (In 1 working day) as we were closed for the bank holiday Monday. Please bear in mind we are a small handmade family business working as quickly as we can. Many thanks, Sarah
