We contacted quite a few companies to transfer our frozen embryo from London to Nottingham. Life On Ice was by far the most competitive quote we had for a hand carry service. Bob stepped in at late notice to help us with our transfer when our previous arrangement broke down. He was responsive and clear in his communications (telephone, text, email) including all the necessary paperwork. He liaised with the two clinics and made it happen for us. LOI/Bob came very highly recommended from my previous clinic, I have to say I found the process itself very overwhelming; thankfully Bob put my mind at ease straight away with his kind nature and superior knowledge of the overall process including additional information on his initial contact email. I immediately felt less pressure and that this wasn't 'just another job' which is super important when going through fertility treatment- everything can feel very sensitive. The service was seamless upto the final shipment date, which I really appreciated. Bob would keep me updated alongside his constant communication with both my new & old clinic- including the paperwork (!!) which again I really appreciated. The price was super reasonable & great value, plus it's important to say Bob will kindly work with you, which is so supportive during a time when you can feel asthough costs are never ending! I knew I could just relax (and focus on other things) whilst the shipment was taken care of. My sample was delivered yesterday, and I can now proceed with treatment- I can't thank Bob enough for his personable & professional service, it meant so much to me and I genuinely appreciate it. Bob got back to me straight away after my initial enquiry. He liaised between both clinics to arrange pick up and drop off and I felt totally comfortable he was going to manage the transport well, which he did. Price was reasonable which included all insurance for comfort. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
