I just wanted to say it’s almost a year


I just wanted to say it’s almost a year since I went on the wellness retreat and it totally changed my life for the better.
I’m 3 stones lighter in weight and the happiest I’ve been in a long time.
I was very sceptical about the treatments before I started but I’m amazed how successful they all were.
Thank you to Lilly and Ritchie for my amazing transformation.

Lilly - a truly exceptional therapist and gem of a human being

Lilly is a truly exceptional therapist who combines a vast array of therapeutic approaches to working with individuals presenting with a very wide range of issues. Everything she does is underpinned by a deep level of care for those she supports. Personally, I worked with Lilly on a number of issues including stress, sleep, gut issues, blood work and trauma release over a number of years. These days I am in such a good place it would be hard to imagine what I could ask for Lilly's help with; I will be forever grateful for the difference finding Lilly and her unique approach has made to the quality of my life.
