We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter â for your dog, your skin, your home â come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether youâre feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what youâll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Dog Treats
My dog and I really appreciate the free samples of treats that come with each package! However, this time we received cat treats, and unfortunately, I donât have a cat. Iâd hate for them to go to waste, so if itâs possible to only include dog treats or dog-related items in future packages, we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the fantastic review, Gina! How wonderful that you and your dog love the free treat samples! We hear you about receiving cat treats this timeâdog-focused surprises would mean so much more to you both. Thank you for being part of our family!
Broken Box
Everything was great on your end. Thanks for your prompt service! HOWEVER, one of the 2 (40 lb. or more) large boxes was broken open on the long side of the box. It was only attached on one end. I am shocked that the small package of ugly bones (which was in the box along with a 40 lb. bag of dog food) didn't fall out in transit. I received everything I ordered. I noticed that there was only one strip of tape to close the box, and it was partly to one side of the middle instead of down the middle. Perhaps shipping to North Dakota requires a little more tape on these heavy boxes (and gentler handlers!)?

Life's Abundance ããã®åç
Thank you for your wonderful review, Ellen! We're thrilled everything arrived and you received your full orderâthough we're sorry one of those heavy boxes took a rough trip and arrived compromised. Your feedback about securing large shipments to North Dakota is genuinely valuable to us. Your concerns have been forwarded to our customer care team for prompt attention. We truly value your continued support.

I tried to update the ship date and itâŠ
I tried to update the ship date and it was a little confusing because it looked like the update to the ship date didn't change for the upcoming delivery. So I tried again and I ended up receiving 2 deliveriesð . It's ok because I was charged properly and we will end up using the 2nd delivery but was just a bit confusing on the website.

Website Ordering Difficult
I ordered on your Website and found it more difficult to navigate and order from than other Websites. I got two bags of food, instead of the one 6.6lb bag that I tried to buy. Shipping was prompt and well packed. I'm starting the food with our puppy tonite, at her breeder's recommendation.
