Lifesaver Power has been wrongfully charging me for a festival power bank rental that I returned. They are completely ignoring my customer support requests. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions. My automated dispute was canceled, so I have now fully terminated my physical card to protect myself. I have received no information or email whatsoever since purchasing the power bank that I would expect ongoing charges or would be bound to an agreement.
I would not recommend purchasing these at any festival or event.

Make fast charging and now is best quality so lifelong keep best quality sir

they actually sent an invalid telephone number for me to waste more of my time the amount of stress this has caued me

Automaten war kaputt, Geld und Pfand wird trotzdem abgebucht, Rückerstattung wird angekündigt, danach meldet sich niemand aus dem Kundenservice mehr.

Do not use, I never received my deposit, they said £10 is a standard charge when the machine said I would receive my deposit back in 7 days.
Even if £10 is a standard charge then they are blatantly ripping the public off , I used it for 20 minutes
I can charge my car for less

It was a great experience and did help to boost my phone charge whilst at a concert.
Unfortunately it did not fully charge my phone and it's own power supply depleted quickly.

Easy to use needed a emergency power bank at a resent concert worked well only down side it was so busy when we left we couldn’t find anyone to hand it back to

Have just been to Luke Combs at Murrayfield. They tell you to pay a £15 deposit ontop of what you pay to rent the power bank. The power banks charge slow. 10% in 20minutes. Went to return the power bank after the event. No one was around to return it. Was told that to get the deposit back they have to be returned.

We used Lifesaver Power at an event and the whole experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The portable charger service worked perfectly, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every query was dealt with quickly, professionally, and in such a friendly way.When I needed assistance with a refund, it was processed incredibly quickly and without any hassle. I couldn't recommend them more highly – fantastic service, excellent support, and a great experience all round.
