I recently purchased a Snoopy from Daryl and Gary and the service was faultless. I was kept fully updated through the transaction and they even travelled to me to deliver the watch. Both Daryl and Gary are highly knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation recommending and purchasing from them again.

Buying a luxury watch online can be fraught with anxiety at blindly parting with large sums of money. Let me assure you that Daryl removed any concerns immediately and throughout the process with his outstanding customer service.

Ordered a Cartier Tank Solarbeat from these guys; excellent experience all around. I especially appreciated the personal notes a) letting me know that they'd received my order and b) noting that the order had been delivered and offering me any support I needed. Of course, I didn't need any support, because the watch had been packed and shipped beautifully and carefully (and quickly!). They also included a certificate that confirmed the watch's provenance. And the price was very fair, too!

I've purchased 2 watches and part exchanged one watch with lifestyle watches, both pre owned watches purchased was in excellent condition and both arrived the following day.
