After not having the best start to driving with two other instructors, I started lessons with Carin. Despite being nervous, Carin made driving a positive experience for me and massively helped improve my confidence. I ended up passing first time and now feel confident driving by myself. Couldn’t recommend Carin enough!

Ruth is an amazing driving instructor, who is very determined to get the best from me and her other pupils! She works hard and always wants the best for her pupils! She’s always calmed me down when I got nervous especially when I had my test. She has great ways to help you remember things on the road, which when driving I have heard myself saying out loud! Ruth has a great personality and is very flexible for lessons! I would recommend her to anyone wanted to learn to drive.

Very good teacher, focuses on things that need to be improved more first before getting you used to and comfortable with the things you are already able to do. Very friendly and willing to help with things you feel less comfortable with doing or want to practice more

After having trouble with a couple of different instructors at the start of my driving, I am pleased to say that Roger from Lifetime is everything I could’ve asked for. Not only has he made me a good driver but has also helped me gain confidence on the road, would strongly recommend.

I really recommend Roger if you’re looking for an instructor. He was so easy going from the first lesson and made driving a very positive experience for me coming from a self doubtful person. Helping me pass first time and now being a confident driver, Roger is definitely to credit.

I was taught by Carin and she was a great instructor who helped me to pass first time. Very friendly and made learning to drive a lot easier.

My son had lessons with Roger and Carin who both showed exceptional patience and encouragement for a young lad who lacks a little in confidence. Covid made things very difficult with getting test dates but he finally passed last week in less than ideal weather. Thank you both for your support and guidance. 👍

I really enjoyed my time doing automatic lessons with Carin and was able to secure a first-time pass having had her tuition. I came to LDS after a difficult first experience of driving elsewhere, and with not much road confidence. Carin was great in restoring that while gradually building up my skills, and helping me work to a plan that continued to help me learn more and more every week. As well as being a great instructor, I found her very friendly and easy to get along with from the first lesson - even as a big City fan! Would highly recommend Carin and LDS to anyone looking to do automatic or manual lessons!

roger Bowden has been my driving instructor for just over a year and he was just amazing!
I loved going for my driving lessons he was so easy to talk to and never made me feel in fault for the mistakes I made and because of this I kept going
it wasn’t an easy journey to get my pass certificate but he stuck with me throughout all my tests and never gave up on me and for that I owe rodger a massive thank you
he is the best instructor I could have asked for and I’m sincerely grateful he was mine for so long😂 even if he was a blue 😂

I cannot thank Rodger enough for all his support whilst I was learning to drive. He is very reliable, extremely flexible and accommodating with lesson times! I have enjoyed every minute of learning to drive thanks to Rodger! Would highly recommend!

Today I passed my driving test first time in Bury. And I don't think I could have asked for a better experience learning to drive. Roger made me laugh, feel comfortable and safe from lesson 1 all the way to my test. A genuinely lovely person who I got on with really well.

When I would make mistakes, Roger would acknowledge my error and talk it over with me before making me laugh and smile, which I really appreciated. When I did things well he would big me up and make sure that I know I did something good.

I would recommend Roger to absolutley anyone learning to drive, his only downfall being his Manchester City fandom.

When I had my first lesson with Roger I was extremely nervous but those nerves were instantly settled by Roger. He has constantly been encouraging and positive, always pushing me to achieve more and try harder. His fun jokey personality has always made me feel comfortable in the car and confident that I will pass my test first time, which I did with only 2 faults. By setting weekly targets each lesson he ensured I was making progress and his explanations of things I struggled with were always very helpful and precise. I couldn’t recommend a driving instructor more.

I had been taking lessons with Roger since march this year after having a different instructor who did not teach me anything and took a lot of money of me, I got recommended Roger of one of my friends and decided to book in with him, since day 1 he spoke to me in the most positively way possible and his teaching methods really helped me understand the road ( many videos and tutorials he shows on his iPad) Since my first lesson in march I have now passed my driving test and feel really confident on the roads, In my opinion Roger should be winning awards.

Ruth from Lifetime Driving supplies brilliant driving lessons with good quality and a great price! Passed practical first time and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! Thank you so much!

After having to find a new instructor…. I found Roger and he has been amazing he always gave me his honest opinion on how I was doing and easy to get along with. He had more confidence in myself than I did he made himself flexible around my work and when I found cancellation dates to fit me in. I would recommend him to everyone.
