Highly recommend!! Carlos and Kyla are amazing. We are so thankful that when we purchased our investment property, we worked with their team. Very knowledgeable, transparent, and you can depend on. They are very prompt when you have questions, which is very important to us; communication is TOP NOTCH! They were on top of everything made sure we will close on time that saved us $$!! Processing and communication from Sarah was awesome as always. The only negative was buyers signed at 9 am and had to wait until 11:30 am for funding authorization to be received. This was inconvenient and delayed this couple from being able to unload their truck into their new home.
