Rapid supply from order to delivery at the door step with all paper work emailed quickly including QA documents to confirm the provenance of the lift bolts that I needed given I was lifting an engine that cost £21000 to prepare to race spec that I could not risk. The price was very reasonable and the tolerance of the items and thread form was spot on.

Avoid,
Purchased the imer 200 scaffolding hoist.
Stopped working after 2 uses and 5 weeks of owning.
£1500 and already been forced to spend £290 to repair it.
All the excuses that it was my fault it stopped working.
Machine suddenly dropped and broke tiles inside the bucket. And then jammed itself on another occasion when being lowered empty.

Avoid and use another company that may actually warrant repairs if they arise.

Simple process to order what I required. I reordered further items at a later date with the same result.
