Mislead of information, so they can steal your money. Liars, do and say whatever to get your money. If I spend my money and can’t get a refund within the hour it s a scam

Liftoff Monetize (ex-Vungle) — they can terminate your account at any time and keep your unpaid balance

Note for anyone searching: Liftoff Monetize is the former Vungle. Same SDK, rebranded after the merger. If you know them as Vungle, this review is about them.

We ran their SDK in the same app for four years on the same publisher account. Payouts went to PayPal at the $100 threshold and always arrived. In four years we never got a single warning or complaint about the app.

Then we changed the payout beneficiary to our new company. New threshold: $1,000 by wire. Everything was verified and accepted. A balance built up — and before it was paid, the account was terminated for an unspecified "breach of the SDK terms." No app named, no placement, no clause. Dashboard access cut the same day, account archived, balance unpaid.

The app had not changed in four years. Same integration, same traffic they had been monetizing and paying us for the whole time.

We emailed them twice. No reply at all.

Be careful: they can close your account at any moment, with no explanation, and your un-withdrawn earnings can simply stay with them.

They will close your account and never reply to your email. This is a scam business.

This greedy Ass company been running the same ads for 1 year, without thinking any Ethic for consumer at all.

I know yall what ITS, but this provider is called Liftoff.Io or Liftoff.Ai has been failed to for ITS Ethic ads consent.

Their ads is between duration of 1 minute between 2 minute.. depend how Greedy they are.

I hope my review can help so much people, if you blaming why ads nowday so long? this company called Liffoff.Ai or Liftoff.io.

They behind all of, and as i said, they fail for ads consent, and market Ethic, because they greedy.

The same ads again and again without option to report if I don't want to see them

I had funds in my account and opened several support tickets to withdraw them, but received no assistance. Eventually, my account was closed, and this was the email I received:
