They got my order wrong.
I ordered 2 x 2.5 Gallon Containers of AW32 Hydraulic Oil, for a total of 5 Gallons. They shipped me 2 x 1 Gallon containers for a total of 2 gallons. That leaves me 3 gallons short. I tried to call but told all agents are busy and leave a message. I did. I also sent them an email message and no reply. So I tried live chat. I told them what happened and sent pics attached. NO response at all, guess the Live Chat is not really live at all. They sent me an email message of the exact same chat messages I sent them. Evidently they can't get an order right, plus customer service is SILENT AS THE GRAVE!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! They are totally unreliable at fulfilling an order, and even worse at customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
