I clicked on a Facebook food offer expecting to get a food discount. I did not realize I was signing up for a paid membership. My card was charged SAR 7.51. I contacted customer support immediately and canceled the membership, but my refund request was refused. I believe the subscription terms should be made much clearer before payment so customers understand what they are agreeing to.
