I had a very disappointing experience with LiftUp Hosting and would not recommend their VPS to anyone running a serious server.

The performance was unacceptable from day one. Server-wide ping regularly exceeded 500ms, with an average sitting around 250ms for all players. For a real-time environment like FiveM, this makes the service practically unusable.

Even basic access to the VPS was a struggle. Remote Desktop connections were slow, unresponsive, and unreliable, making simple management tasks frustrating. On top of that, upload and download speeds were shockingly bad, uploading a 20MB file could take up to 15 minutes, which is completely unacceptable for a paid hosting service.

The biggest issue, however, was stability. The server was constantly crashing, and file uploads would frequently fail and corrupt, leading to repeated setbacks and wasted time trying to recover data.

Overall, this service failed across the board, performance, reliability, and usability. I’ve cancelled my subscription and moved elsewhere. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative hosting providers.

I switched my hosting to LiftUp Hosting, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The standout feature for me has been their brilliant support team. While they could be a bit faster to reply at times, their responses are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Ben & Damon for the great support :)

One thing that truly sets LiftUp Hosting apart is the speed of their servers at the price point (£5 p/m or so for the base package in the UK). My website loads lightning-fast since the migration, which has undoubtedly improved overall user experience. It made development on our WordPress site much faster! It's important to note that their web hosting server is in Australia only. Once I found that out, I changed to the UK VPS package and the team at LiftUp took care of the migration & setup at no extra cost!

Overall, I highly recommend LiftUp Hosting for anyone looking for reliable hosting with top-notch support and super fast servers. I've yet to come across a hosting company as good as this. You can see some real time, thought and love went into to this super company!

Server hosting was extremely slow and just terrible. Bought a server for 25 AUD a month and the server took 30 minutes to start up and had network speeds below 1mbps. Nearly impossible to use and would not recommend.

we recently migrated to Lift Up Hosting from another hosting provider, not only did we get a better priced package we got customer service that is un-beatable. we had full assistance with the transfer and setup of our service which has not let us down once and meant for a smooth transition along with clear communication from the company of any changes. we came from a host that was consistently having outages and errors causing us major downtime, we have not once had any issue since going to lift up hosting not to mention when we have had any concern we have had a fast response and great assistance offered

I’ve had issues with my domain but Liftup hosting helped sort it all out and fix it for me in almost no time at all:) I appreciate it and recommend them a lot:)

Ordered a Koala VPS for the hosting of a discord bot. The ordering process was simple and quick. VPS Setup and installation was also quick and easily understandable. Support provided by LiftUp is prompt and accurate with staff actively trying to make my experience with LiftUp the best it can be.

I want to say that this was the best hosting i found around , i made fivem for me and my friends to make a company called nighthaven and some epic roleplay with it , i just wanna say they helped me so much with this and there are a 5 star service

I own a server with lift-up hosting, absolutely amazing customer service, and an easy-to-navigate and simplistic website with a smooth and reliable VPS. Couldn't ask for anything better, I definitely think LiftUp is a massive competitor and should be more recognized.

Liftuphosting is so easy to use and is also the price for the VPS are so good and the service is really good like i had a issue with i brought a small vps and need more room and it was so easy to buy the next size up transfer stuff to the new one and delete the old one and the support team are very helpful and fast in tickets for a exsample i had issues with my vps and right away they fixed it but before i move to LiftUpHosting i was with Rocketnode VPS which they were not that good and frendly compared to LiftUpHosting
