J'ai commandé des chaussures de danse ce n'est pas la première fois je suis responsable d'une école de danse mais cette fois ci je n'ai i reçu et il fond la sourde oreille pour me rembourser à fuir

Kunde jag sätta 0 stjärnor skulle jag göra det. Beställt en tavla/duk där färgerna inte stämmer överens med tavlan på bilden.
Svårt att få tag i kundtjänst och jag kommer bara få tbx 30% av köpet (om jag ens får det).
Aldrig mer detta företag.

LIB have started to produce, what looks like, some designer outfits, which are rather expensive. We all work very hard for our money, so, please do not buy these considered purchases, as you will not receive the quality product advertised, but a very low quality poor replica. Such a shame as they do look lovely. Please do jot be fooled like I was!!, an expensive mistake.

Hej. Jag köpte en seglarjacka och fick regnjackan istället.Det var redan jobbigt tar reda på kuntjänst. Berättade att jag fick fel modell, på jackan,och inte noga med det jackans mått stämmer inte med deras tabell efterssom armarna är 0,12cm längre än mina armar. Då fick jag veta att returvaror ska sckickas till China, vänttiden för svar 2/4 veckor, trots att deras brist av kommunikation, artighet och ärlighet,ändå det är jag som måste betalar frakten, och inte noga med det..."Skall jag få bara 30% av jackans pris.Det låter som att deras policy är skapade med bedrägeri.
jag kommer aldrig mer i livet att köpa nåt från Light in The Box inte heller rekomenderar företag till någon. Nu måste jag behålla jackan trots att jag inte kan använda.Att sckickar tillbaka jackan till China är det samma som jag ge motvilligt en present till dem.

Buyer beware..
I ordered a dress for an occasion and the delivery date was 07 July. On the next update they extended the date out passed my event date. Despite this being on their end and not meeting the original shipping date that I paid in good faith for they kept 30% of my money. I attempted to contact them through their customer services but they claimed it was their right not to deliver the item by the agreed shipping date. Fraudulent practices and will not buy again.

Poor very quality difficult to return

Beställde en klänning i större storlek än vanligt. Den skulle vara "löst sittande". Det stämde inte. Enl. info i annonsen var den i linne, men nej det stämde inte. Och ingen info om material finns. Men vid strykning fastnar strykjärnet, så det är nån syntetblandning. Aldrig mer!

I paid for replacement covers for my ikea Ektorp sofa at the princely sum of £171. The package arrived but was not released because I refused to pay a further £68 Duty and VAT. Also I knew by the small size of the package that it was not what I’d paid for and the label indicated that it was a furniture dust cover. I’ve lost my £171 as the package has now been destroyed but I didn’t pay the additional cost and subsequent return of package to China. What an absolute scam! Be warned!!!

Don’t order anything from the company. They charge you to ship returns which is in China and will cost more than you spent. They won’t give me a credit for sending me incorrect product. The quality of the clothes is very cheap!! Stay away!!!

Je viens de recevoir un blouson et, à ma grande surprise, il ne correspond absolument pas à ma commande.

Les manches sont trop courtes, la ficelle de la capuche est manquante, et la texture ainsi que la couleur ne correspond pas à celles présentées sur la photo du site.

Dès le jour de la réception, j'ai immédiatement demandé un remboursement. Cependant, la réponse de Light Box a été la suivante : ils me proposent soit un remboursement de seulement 17,90 €, soit une réduction de 30 % sur une prochaine commande, alors que j’ai payé 49,99 € pour ce blouson.

Ils vendent des articles non conformes, souvent avec des défauts, et refusent de procéder à un remboursement intégral, malgré ma réclamation envoyée dès la réception du produit.

Je vous déconseille vivement cette entreprise. Soyez vigilants : ils font de la publicité sur Facebook sous les noms Atelier Laurent à Paris ou Étoile Argentée.

What a hideous operation…if only I’d read the reviews first. I guess if you order from this shocking rip off sight you’ll only do it once as its impossible to return.

It is a awful company, don't use this this are scums , I bought 3 shelves , which they cost me 3 times more than Temu charge, and waited more than 2 weeks to come and when they come they where absolutely ridiculous, please do not use this scums ,

Very poor quality goods (clothing) and delays in delivery.

Ordered a hoodie. Terrible terrible quality. So synthetic it crackles. So disappointed

The item was not as expected so returned at great expense but have not received my refund. Do not use this company they are not what they seem

This company avoids Providing a refund. It's a Win for them and Lose for you. I paid for expedited shipping for 4 dresses. They offered me a 20% refund for the items. Read the small print. They do everything to ensure they don't refund. The fine print says it will take 4- 7 days to process the order and 3 - 5 days to ship. It also says they don't do refunds on Made to Order. Let's just say it took 7 days to process and 5 days to ship on an expedited shipping order. In addition arrived late on the 5th day and I was not able to use any of the items.

In addition The item quality was poor and did not fit properly. They offered a 20% refund. I paid $40 for expedited shipping therefore the 20% will not go toward the actual merchandise. This is extremely disappointing. They did offer 40% for store credit. As you can see they will not refund. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!

I’d give a zero if I could…. the stuff is like getting pirated records like when I used to live in Taiwan, it’s all knock off. They show you a great picture, but that’s not what you get. False advertising totally. Fraud total fraud company. wish I would’ve read the reviews first!

Do NOT use this company, their clothes are horrendous quality done by some 5 yo child slaves in China by the looks of it, plus you get stung for crazy duty fees. Its like being bent over dry and they didn't even bother to bring the lube
