Have been paying this company for years and have asked for a link proving what I'm paying for neither did they get me a link, so recently my credit card was comprised and I asked company to send me secure link,they said they did but I never received it so I refused to give them any information on my card not trustworthy if you ask me.

Daughter rented an apartment in April 2025 and now the app is not working and emails bounce back. It's scam.

6 months after moving in and several follow up emails later, I have no cash back. I fulfilled my end of the deal and they did not. My last email has been ignored and my request for cash back has been closed. Not worth the hassle.

I used Lighthouse to find my apartment towards the end of last year; their website is super well designed and combined a lot of the 'typical' features you'd fine on an apartment searching website, into a really sleek interface. Combine that with the personalized help (I worked with Shelbi) and of course, the cash back!

It's a crazy business model that combines the best of both worlds; you get whatever concession the apartment is offering (free month etc) PLUS the cash back. There's plenty of apartment locators out there -we'd worked with one twice prior - but they are not going to share that locator bonus with you like Lighthouse does. I think their cashback offering has changed a few times... in my case, it was $900 cash plus 1 month free. Made out like a villain!

I was told I would get my money immediately. After I signed my lease on November 13th, 2023. I was told by their 3rd party that would take 2 to 4 business days. They only send an email on how to get your referral fee on Fridays after 5pm. I won’t receive my money for at least a week. I would not use them.

Lighthouse made it very easy for me to help me find a home. And they walked me through everything step by step and made it very understandable for me I had a wonderful experience with lighthouse.

With this being my first time working with an apartment finder company, I honestly loved my experience with Lighthouse. Gabby did such an awesome job helping me find a new apartment. It took some time because I’m very picky when it comes to apartments but I was finally able to find an apartment I was at peace with. Thank you guys again. I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends!

I had an amazing experience with Sydney. She ensured my move in process was smooth. She checked on me daily and I received my cash rewards within one week of my move in! It helped a great deal from moving costs so it was a great reward to receive. They give you a VIRTUAL CARD for cash back. They need to know that not everyone uses online retail shops. They have no phone number to call. The only contact is the agent who disappears after she gets her part.

Would be advisable to use this service! Especially with the service from Ibi! Great work.

I absolutely love this company and Dana she helped me tremendously. Had a few hiccups along the way, but she was right there helping and assisting me through everything I refer her and this company 100000 percent. They will walk you through and check on you and help no matter what. I can't thank you enough!!!! Thank you for making this new chapter in my life not so scary!!!

We worked with Gabby at Lighthouse recently when we were looking for an apartment in The Woodlands. Gabby was so helpful and she responded promptly to all our questions (even on the weekends!). If we had questions about the apartment, she would contact the rental company and get the information we needed. After we signed the lease, we received our cash back a week later - very fast! We would definitely use Lighthouse and Gabby again and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Tami Kirby was the best located for me she found me a great place that catered to my wants and need I will always recommend light house as a locator service any day

If I'm going for a business trip to another city I do know for sure that I ca enter this website, find an appropriat appartent to stay over, and do it wothout any hustle and problems.
The information on the website is so transparent that I can't even imagine that there are such ones who won't sort it out. Big thanks to this service for being safe and reliable!
