Oh dear - I too wish I'd read some of the reviews before ordering. After ordering I was sent an email that I was just one click away from completing the order when I knew that the order had gone through. So I would have ended up with two dresses. The dress eventually arrived but didn't fit well. No delivery or invoice note in the parcel. So I contacted the company to be told that if I kept the dress then I could have 50% off my next order. It didn't fit so how can I be sure that anything else would fit!!! I asked again to be told that if I kept the dress then I would get 60% off the next order. Its incredibly long winded to send an item back and very costly as it has to go to China but I would never ever order from them again. Really bad business!!!! I'm sending it back today and taken photos of the item as I'm sure they'll tell me its been worn etc. which it hasn't been. But they'll come up with some excuse not to refund me I feel sure. Don't trust them!!!

I ordered two items from Light in the Box and asked to return them. Instead, they offered a partial credit if I kept the items. I agreed, but it’s been over a month and the credit still hasn’t appeared.

I followed up several times, and their only reply was a vague message saying they didn’t receive a “valid message” — despite using their own support system.

The lack of follow-through and poor customer service has been really disappointing. I wouldn’t trust them again and suggest others be cautious when ordering.

Entreprise à fuir. Les tailles ne correspondent pas. Retour demandé on me précise que pour le remboursement il faut renvoyer les articles en Chine à vos frais.
J'aurai accepté un échange mais apparemment pas possible

Dreadful company DO NOT USE. Cheap products at inflated prices. I ordered what was described as an equestrian riding boot, what they sent was a thin plastic cheap boot with no grip on the soles, completely useless and not fit for purpose. All they offer is to return to Asia at your own cost or a partial refund. A complete rip off, I hope they eventually go out of business.

I purchase an apache design shirt xxl for my husband. It eventually arrived. It was supposed to be beige & brown and the beige was peach. It fit me (size 14) but far too small for hubby. It was also a velvety material-really feminine. I contacted Light in the box. They kept responding but not to give me a returns address. The item was £38 but ended up paying £42.30. They also was selling it at £28 direct from the app which “Sarah” informed me. 4 times I asked for return address and then they offered me discount….. but only said I would have to send back to Asia. I was fuming. Eventually settled for 50% off and will donate shirt to charity. THEY ARE CRIMINAL-do not order from them unless you know you will not need to return if item substandard.

Danmark findes ikke på deres liste over modtager land. Så jeg kan ikke betal min vare som jeg har bestilt! Før i tiden var den der. De har min email adresse osv.

Base layer said dark green and looked it in the image . Turned up emerald blue colour .

Do not touch with a barge pole. Goods are not as they look on the website and returns cost more than the item bought. Mine is going to a Charity Shop (someone may find a use for it) and I am never using this site again.

Was sent an "XL" jacket that was way too small. Their sizes don't mean a thing. It's impossible to return anything as it invariably costs more to return than the product is worth. They know that and use it to their advantage. I've had to award them one star as I can't award a zero or minus score. My advice: Avoid like the plague

Vigaristas,estafadores. Compré 2 pantalones lino y algodón y bermudas lino y algodón. Me enviaron productos totalmente distintos das fotografías. Parecen sacos de dormir. Nadie usa estas basuras. Devolverlos sale más caro. No pagan los envíos. No compren

Very poor quality item, didn’t appear any like the picture, buyer beware!

I also found the product I had bought to be very shoddy. I wrote and asked for a returns label and eventually was offered a reduction of either 70 or 80% if I kept the garment, as it was expensive to return it to China (!!) I have complained to them about their customer service and will certainly not buy from them again. This has also happened to another couple of people I know - I also should have checked the reviews first.

Op de website wordt niet vermeld welk materiaal het is. De foto suggereerde iets van suède of suedine met mouwen van gebreide stof.
Bleek in zijn geheel van dunne stof (acryl) met slechts een print. Absoluut niet volgens mijn verwachtingen.

Every item was oversized, of poor quality and lousy construction. In an attempt to get a return label, I was bounced from person to person in customer service. Most of the time no one even responded. Then I was told to ship the merchandise to China, at my expense, for a refund. The shipping charge was over double the cost of the clothing returned. They are the most unreputable and despicable organization in the industry.

Ordered a shirt, 2 weeks delivery, wrong colour, wrong design, poor sizing: Chinese rubbish...I'm stupid for using this website and if you do so then don't be surprised if you are disappointed..

I ordered two shirts based on the picture of the items. What I got was one shirt with a misspelled word and another that was totally different from the one pictured. Both was of poor quality and bad stitching. Fortunately, I paid through paypal and was able to get my money back without having to return the item. But even that process was a headache. This company is scamming people and getting away with it for the most part. Save yourself the aggravation by avoiding LITB.

DON’T buy from this sham of a Company, further to my previous review, I ordered a 3pce.suit in Beige, after paying for this plus postage etc., I awaited three to four weeks for delivery. Delivered, 3pce. Suit in BLANCO WHITE…!!!!! Incorrect item but now I have to pay for their mistake by paying postage, back to China,approx, £15. Totally their mistake but I am left to pay for it, no replacement offered. No refund until goods returned and checked !!!! I doubt I will ever see a refund. Their contact is a ‘Dolaris’, who is as much help as a doorknob. Forget it…Don’t order in the first instance, they’ll send you any thing but what you order and then,by discount offered, try to persuade you to keep goods. Do I want a Stark White Suit ? Certainly not .Totally dissatisfied customer, David Lunn.
