Excellent service and prompt dispatch of the lights ordered.

I had a problem ordering on the website, send an email and got a response straight away, even though it outside normal hours. The help was great and I ordered my items, they arrived within a week, even though it was a bank holiday.

Lisa could not have been more helpful over a few separate communications. Clearly she must be very well organised as about 8 months after I contact Lights4you because a set had failed. I had totally forgotten that replacement lights had been offered, Lisa wrote saying they are now back in stock and are being sent out to me complete with the spare waterproofing sleeve because it is the middle in a chain of three sets of lights. I can not explain how first class and outstanding such customer service is with the current volume of sales that must be undertaken by such a company. I felt throughout this and previous communications that I really meant something as a customer and wasn't literally just another sale (which in reality I am!). Extremely highly recommended. Lisa is an asset to the company, thank you.

I have previously ordered lights from Lights4you, for both inside and out, and all have been excellent. These particular ones were for the front of our Summerhouse and light the whole area up magnificently!!!

Due to the Pandemic it was some months before new stock arrived. However it was dispatched and arrived in good time once in stock. Communication was good.

Struggled to find plug in connecable lights anywhere......ordered and received in 2 days! Look great just waiting for new summerhouse to arrive before putting up.

I bought some Christmas icicle lights for my house here. I am really happy with the lights and the customer service. Lisa helped me out finding the right lights and with the process of ordering from abroad. The lights arrived pretty fast even though they had a long journey to take from Great Britain to Germany. When I attached them to my gutter and saw them for the first time in real life, I was delighted with the looks and also the build quality of the light strings.
Next time I will need some lights I'll definitely contemplate buying them here even though I need to pay some import taxes because of the Brexit:(

Contacted Lights 4 You via their web chat, was advised by Lisa which lights would be best for a pergola over a hot tub, she advised me which ones were the best, I ordered them yesterday and they were delivered today on a delivery charge of just £4.96. The lights are already up and look amazing.
Superb company to deal with, would highly recommend to anyone looking for lights and will definitely use them again.
