Fast delivery , answered my query really quickly plus a free set of battery lights, what more could you ask !

I had 2 small problems with my order, both completely my fault. Lisa at Lights4U sorted me out quickly and efficiently and in my opinion went above and beyond normal customer service expectations. Would not hesitate to use this company again thanks to the excellent service received from Lisa. Oh and the festoon lights are fab too!

I ordered 6 boxes of outside icicle lights. They arrived quickly. They look really well made compared to what I’ve bought in the past from a local diy store. I’m putting them up today ready to turn on when needed. You are able to connect several sets together to get the desired length required and it’s easy to do. I’ve just tested them. It’s a nice bright light and they look amazing. I used the chat facility as I was unsure what to get. They were very helpful and got back to me instantly. Great service. I am now ordering 2 more sets.

Goods arrived well packed and undamaged. Bought to extend existing set. Given 4 star rating because the delivery came to the billing address and not the requested delivery address. Luckily we were at home to accept the parcel. We have been really pleased with the first set of lights, so do not anticipate any problems extending them.

Decided to replace my lights of 12 years that are showing their age. Time to replace with the same, ordered from Lights 4 you on Thursday, arrived Friday morning. Unfortunately when checked, 1 set had some bulbs not working. Contacted and spoke with Lisa. Lisa was very apologetic and extremely helpful. A new set was sent out and received on Saturday. Received notification regarding pickup of faulty set. Fantastic service from Lisa. Would definitely recommend these lights and this company. Thank you Lisa you are star.

These lights are very good nice and bright And very good for the money The only thing The cord could be at least 3mtr longer before the lights start
