I was looking for a resource to provide insight and understanding about red light therapy. I could not have imagined a place so thorough and caring as this one. Again, and again, the advice is solid, and the science is accurately presented.

I would give Alex & Bart and Light Therapy Insiders 10 stars if I could! His unbiased reviews and his and Bart’s deep dives into the science are invaluable. These devices can make a big difference to people’s health (I speak as someone who has benefited from it) but they are an investment. Alex is not tied to any particular brand but he shows who are the reputable ones. His comparison charts are a work of art. I also love the interviews he does with Doctors and the heads of companies. Fascinating. Light therapy insiders is a great space for ordinary people to share their experiences too. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've become more interested in red light therapy as I'm aging. An ounce of prevention and all that. This company and the associated YouTube channel has been invaluable in deciding between products. I love the deep dives, and the coupon codes always work. I forget his name, but the guy behind it all is approachable and breaks down complex topics for a layman like me. Quality niche platform.

I've been watching the videos from Alex Fergus for a few years. They were the best resource for learning about red light and choosing appropriate devices. The panel comparison spreadsheet has been so helpful and the community group on facebook is a really great place to ask questions/ get advice. I have followed for quite a while and I find his research and commentary to be honest and straightforward. I used his knowledge and spreadsheets to make a decision on what products would work best for the needs I have. They have worked great. Even the pad I purchased for my dogs his.

I am new to red light therapy Alex and Bart are doing a fabulous job of educating consumers about all of the RLT products and all the health benefits they offer.

I value Alex and Bart's opinion and research and use the site regularly when looking into RLT. I know Alex has affiliate links but he's very upfront about it and I personally do not feel like that impacts his decisions. I feel they are a honest team doing the research a lot of us don't have the time for. Great site and resources!
