Seeing the Procession of the Mysteries on Good Friday with Like Italians Do was an unforgettable experience! Each of the Stations of the Cross was depicted with lifelike statues carried on a platform supported by 10-20 men who walked through all the city streets for 24 hours from 2 pm Friday to 2 pm Saturday. Like Italians Do arranged for local high schools who spoke English well to explain the meaning of each group as it passed highlighting particular facts of interest and their significance to the local population.
Other incredible experiences with the LikeItaliansDo included a trip up the mountain from Trapani to Erice via the funivia, a tour of the important sites there and several meals at restaurants known only to locals and a luncheon at a private home.
Truly my experience with this agency allowed me to experience life there exactly as a local!

What to say other than every event seems to better than the last, if that is even possible.
The food is amazing, the recipes are simple, the end result is stunningly delicious.
Mariacatya and her mom are uniquely charming engaging and their happiness contagious. It truly is an incredible experience every single time. Thank you!!!

Just fantastic evening; we made the local pasta busiate with pesto trapanese ourselves, the dessert cannoli likewise. Aperitivo, antipasto, primo, secondo & dolce, wine; all included. And the last but absolutely not the least, what a great family in three generations running all this. And further... this is not paid ad ;-)).
