If I could rate 0, I would! Absolutely terrible store on TikTok! They are quite pushy on lives. Telling me they were only staying on the live for my order (as I’d asked questions about items). So I placed an order - with the size they recommended! It was atrocious! They DO NOT go upto a G cup like state on their live. Lucky if you fit a C in them. Quality- tacky. I’ve seen better from shein and customer service was disgraceful! Copy and paste comments. Rude and unprofessional. Even though their page says free returns - they refused. But I took it further with TikTok providing evidence. They lied saying I’d worn the item (evidence proving I hadn’t) and I won my refund. Sadly I’ve seen so many ladies in the same boat and being blocked. If you’ve made the same mistake as me, take it to TikTok, get screenshots, provide evidence and TikTok will give you a refund. This store should be removed!!!

Item never received, DPD never received the item and no response to multiple emails and chats, lost the money and no way of getting in touch. Claims that item was posted next day, DPD replied they have not received this item. 15 days later no item no refund. Stay well clear

I’ve been a loyal customer of Liliosa for several years I have literally every collection you have ever put out, over the past few days I have bought most of the baby doll and gown selection. I also bought a lingerie set you’ve failed to include it in my parcel. I raised a dispute with TikTok and you declined it. I am putting this here to tell you I will take to TikTok, to disgrace you and put a negative review on every single item I have purchased if you do not rectify the situation. I am incredibly disappointed you have blocked me from your lives and it makes me think you do this regularly. I’ve spent a lot of money with your company over the years and it’s disgusting. You would treat me this way.

Absolutely shocking company ordered july 2nd and still waiting contacted them and offered a different item due to mine being out of stock 2 emails later after stating what I would have in replacement its now 19th August and still nothing, bank for money back. Dont touch this company you get treat like an inconvenience and no item will get sent

Sent wrong size, chat on site is pointless they don’t respond, rectified the size after a few days of emailing

The surprise bundle was a cheap set from Aliexpress.... if i had know that I would have never bought them....

I had a really negative experience with this company. I ordered a black bra after being reeled in with sponsored posts on social media. Their largest size available stated it would fit a 32F. The cups were way too small, I asked for a refund but apparently they only offer exchanges. They said the item went up to a 4XL, so I said please could you send me a replacement in the correct size, 32F. I received a bright pink 4 piece set which I would never wear in a 4XL. I’m a 32F and a size UK 12, they sent me a totally different item in size UK 18-20. Now stuck with an item I will never wear. Customer service is very unprofessional in the way they speak to you and they use DPD who dumped the initial order a 5 minute walk away at the wrong address. I reached out to the company and they told me to contact DPD and acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. Not great quality, I would avoid personally. All the other 5 star reviews do not seem genuine in my opinion.

I really wanted to support this small business, but unfortunately my experience with Liliosa Lingerie has been extremely disappointing.

The first issue was with my subscription. Before my next box, I contacted customer service because I was concerned I may have accidentally created two subscriptions. I specifically asked them to check this, and I was told in writing that they could “only see one subscription for you”.

I relied on that information and continued believing there was only one active subscription. I later discovered I had been charged for two subscriptions, and both were linked to the same account details.

When I raised this, the response did not address why I had been incorrectly advised when I had proactively contacted them beforehand. Instead, the focus was placed on their no-refund policy and hygiene rules. I understand hygiene policies around normal returns, but this did not resolve the issue of being given incorrect information about my subscription.

There was also a significant issue with sizing and how my concerns were handled. I am a UK size 10 and usually wear a medium in other brands, but after trying on the July item I immediately noticed the sizing was extremely small. The item was labelled as a large, despite my previous request for an XL being confirmed.

When I questioned the sizing and explained that the item appeared much smaller than expected, the response I received was that women’s bodies naturally change due to things such as hormones and bloating. While I appreciate this may not have been their intention, it felt dismissive and like responsibility was being placed on my body rather than acknowledging that there may be an issue with their sizing or the product measurements.

The most frustrating part was that my original concern was not that I had chosen the wrong size — it was that I had requested XL, was told this had been changed, and still received an L.

Although an apology was later given, by this point the repeated lack of ownership had left me with very little confidence in the brand.

I have tried to resolve this privately through email, but I do not feel my concerns have been properly addressed. The products may look beautiful online, but my experience has shown that customer service, communication and handling of complaints need significant improvement.

Ordered on 7th july sent the complete wrong item - was sent the link to return item which i did on 9/7/26 for exchange for right item - sent emails back and forth as did not receive item then was told dont do returns even though I had not tried on the wrong order they sent me. It is now way past the deadline I needed the bikini for and they are completely ignoring my messages !
Considering going to small claims court against the company as it appears from other reviews this is a running issue with people not receiving orders and being ignored! Do not buy from this company

Amazing items! Everything fits so well and makes me feel so beautiful! Definitely recommend! The girls on the live are always so bubbly and lovely to watch and chat too!!

Wow is all I can say!!
This company is the reason I’m a loyal Ann Summers customer. Really don’t know where to start with this company. First sizing way out I measured the items with a tape measure. They muck up orders I had to send back nearly all my orders. When received orders they came with cheap rubbish Chinese labels and sizing. I spent £100s and £100s of pounds over the course of a few days promised luxury quality absolutely not. Cheap rubbish. You can’t get refund which I’ve contacted trading standards and this is illegal. Items I sent back they sent wrong stuff they literally changed the bras and left me with size 6-8 knickers I’m a 10 not a china doll! Fed up they have started to ignore my messages. Some of the orders are missing. I ordered 5 different Sunday clubs when I sent them back they sent me double of two of the items! And why no hygiene labels???? If you want to waste your money then shop with these pretty sure temu and shein sell better quality and they wonder why they are still a small business. Sort you terms and conditions out and keep track off what is being returned. I also got accused of sending all the orders back together. Absolutely not I kept all the post receipts for all the separate parcels. I’m missing products and have colours and things I didn’t even order. As for the babe rubbish it’s pathetic. I’m well out of pocket to the point I’m honestly thinking small claims court for my money back. This has caused me nothing but stress constantly trying to track my items down. Please don’t buy the Sakura range my goodness they are something else want quality and good customer services and better prices especially when they have a sale go to Ann Summers for a fraction of the price. Can’t give a 0 star or trust me I would left with loads of cheap rubbish and no replies to my messages!!!!! Liliosa your a massive let down

Appalling service from the customer service team.
I asked for an order exchange in September last year. I still haven’t received anything. Paid £100 to the company for these. When I asked for a refund they told me they can’t do refunds which is illegal!

Got a giveaway on tiktok and said was stockings ended up with a silly gold silk crap bag when I questioned this as was a little misleading got blocked so if u aks a simple question they don't like prepared to be blocked shocking company this is.

Never got my parcel after multiple e-mails

Don’t buy their products unless u want shein/temu/aliexpress products resold for triple the price ‼️‼️they also won’t give you a refund even if the product hasn’t been removed from its original packaging ‼️Google reverse image search the product u want and you’ll likely find it elsewhere same quality same PRODUCT for MUCH cheaper

Can't rate them has they still haved sent my 3 items out yet after nearly 3-4 weeks of waiting for them and messaging them

said they will let me know when are being sent out to me, normally they are brilliant at sending my orders out with no both .

Absolutely awful terrible customer service poor sizing poor quality nearly 3 weeks on no replacement no refund and rude patronising messages. I have got to the point of contacting citizens advice and trading standards avoid st all costs

I really can't say enough good things about Liliosa! With them you dont just get lingerie you get a family! The hosts are fabulous! You know the old saying that a bar maid needs to be a therapist too? The liliosa hosts could fit into this bracket too! They celebrate with us on our good days and try to cheer us up on our bad days! Elle, Liv, Tia, Chloe, Yaz and Mike all bring their own special flavour!
I am a regular buyer of their mystery bundle, although is a mystery the hosts really try to accommodate your style into it. The lingerie sets are amazing value for money, well made and look amazing on! There is a reason I have over 100 sets and that is not counting the swim wear, Babydolls, Pjs, Ruffle playsuit, gowns and accessories!

Ordered a few times, such good quality and came super quickly. Can’t recommend them enough

Cheaper than you pay on the high street.. definitely recommend checking liliosa lingerie out .. so many different styles and colours to choose from and very good quality.. love all the products they offer.
