I am contacting you regarding my recent order. I was informed that my dress has been delivered, but unfortunately I have not received anything.

I checked carefully with my mailbox, neighbors, and around my address, but there is no package. I am very concerned and would like your help to investigate this issue.

Could you please verify the delivery details for my order and let me know what can be done? I would appreciate a replacement or a solution as soon as possible.

This company is a total Chinese scam. The outfit I ordered was terrible quality & when I asked to return they said they would refund me $5 on a $45 outfit & keep it. When I insisted they gave me an address in China & all kind of excuses how item may get stuck in customs. Other customers said they never got their refund after mailing, so I cut my losses and donated it to charity. Never ever again will I buy from this fraudulent company.

It’s a complete scam. I ordered 4 comfy lounge sets and they sent me 6 knockoff carhart jackets… I had ordered those outfits for a cruise. Complete scam. Do not order from them. At all. Do not even take the chance.

This company shows beautiful products such as the two blouses I purchased. They send you crappy cheap items that are NOTHING LIKE the item you ordered.

Horrible quality. I’m trying to get a refund they offered me $3. Don’t recommend buying from them.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in size 39 from Lilipretty.com and received size 40 instead. Each pair cost $32.99. The total cost of the shoes and other services was $130.00. I paid the extra $30 for expedited shipping, which they claimed would take 5–10 days. After paying, they informed me that the $30 only covered shipping and did not include processing time — something they never mentioned before payment. The order took much longer than expected.

On top of that, I was charged an additional $1.98 for a “worry-free purchase backed by Seel’s,” which provided no help when issues arose. I reached out to Lilipretty to explain the situation, below is what their customer service emailed me:

"Dear Customer,
We are very sorry that the product has left you unsatisfied.
Return is accepted, but you need cover the return shipping cost.the return address is in China. For your benefits, we suggest that you consider keeping this item to avoid the costs involved with returning it.
We've come up with some offers for you:
1.We can refund you 7$ as compensation and you keep the items,is it OK?
2. Offer you a 25% discount coupon which could be used for next order.
3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us.
Would you please advise which offer you will take?"

The shoes are not the size I ordered, look and feel cheap! I will never purchase anything from lilipretty website ever again! Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. Poor customer service, misleading shipping information, and wrong sizes sent. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Little so they know my funds are secured by the bank!! My bank is going after lilipretty.com to get my money back... FAFO 😂

Pictures were lovely. Unfortunately, item received after 3 weeks, was hideous. Looked like a short dress, crappy/sub-inferior material. Absolutely the worst. How do they get away with selling this junk!! Was first offered $3.00 then $5.00 for a $35.00 order saying returns had to go to China and would be very expensive. STAY AWAY!

Impossible to make contact, or to come close to returning an awful item.

We ordered a dress and 2 pairs of linen shorts. It's all wrong, and the company has no interest in helping to resolve it. This is a scam website. They harvest images of clothing from other websites, and then attempt to reproduce it.

The shorts said in the title of the page, and in the materials section, that they were a linen blend. Pictures were of nice flat front linen type shorts. What arrived were 100% polyester sweat shorts. Completely different product, didn't even attempt to make them look the same.

The dress pictured had a scalloped neckline, 12" of gathered elastic waist, and then a flowing 3 panel skirt. What was received had a gathered neckline, only 6" of elastic waist, and a 2 panel skirt. The seams on the skirt panels were exterior, not interior (pictured). And the material was completely different. Both the received dress and pictured dress were a paisley pattern, but what was ordered was a variety of blues and greens. What was received was blue, black, and tan. Very heavy on the tan, and a much less appealing paisley print.

I have been back and forth with them to try to resolve it, but they are unwilling to try to send the correct items (likely because they don't have them because the images and posts from their website are stolen from legitimate websites). When asked about a refund they insist that I must return the items, at my expense, to their warehouse in China. I would have to pay customs duties for the items returning to China, in addition to the shipping costs, which would end up costing more than the purchase.

I am resolving by disputing the charge on my credit card. Hopefully that will either result in a refund from the CC company, or it will spur Lilipretty into being more accommodating in fixing their mistake (scam).

Buyer beware!! The pictured item was a beautiful flowy 3 dimensional floral blouse with embellishments. I was sent a big cheap, ugly t-shirt with flowers printed on it. It was sent from Chicago, Illinois. After complaining the seller offered me $8 for a $35 purchase stating it would be pricey for me to send to it to China.
I have the name & address in the US it was sent from! This is clearly a bait & switch.

They are the worst! The products are not as shown on the website. I paid to return the items and they never refunded me even after multiple email exchanged which seemed promising. Then nothing. Don’t waste your time or money

Both items ordered looked nothing like the photo on the website and Both have defects. I have followed up with support 3x and receive no response. Never again.

Before I ordered I checked return policy which seemed reasonable. However the return policy is a scam. They set the cost of return higher than the actual price you paid for the item. Criminal!

The dress I ordered was very poor quality - so bad with pulled threads and poor cuts that I couldn’t wear it. They offer a 30 day return policy so I contacted the company right away for a return. They told me to keep the dress and offered me $3 refund. When I said that I wanted to return it for a full refund they told me I needed to ship it to China via their freight provider at my cost which would have been more than the original cost of the dress. Do not order from them. The quality is very poor and service is even poorer.

O mare inselatorie! Pe langa faptul ca am platit pentru livrare mai rapida, comanda a sosit dupa doua luni. Ce sa mai spunem despre articol, care era groaznic, in sensul in care nici nu semana cu ceea ce am comandat. Totodata, comunicarea cu suportul tehnic a fost prost. Evitati aceasta platforma!

I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping on June 19. It is now July 9 and I still haven’t received the dress with an update stating that it’s arriving late. They shouldn’t offer customers expedited shipping as an option if it’s still going to take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

The worst!!! It’s a scam. Their products are horrendous!!!!

NEVER ORDER FROM LILIPRETTY!! The item ordered was horrible quality! The return address is in China. Lilipretty does not accept returns via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Communication with the company is horrible as the customer service agent does not know English. This website is a complete scam!!!

Took forever, but I don’t even care about that…spent almost $300 for absolute crap…sizes and measurements were all wrong. The clothes were cheaply made and not at all even close to the pictures. Wanted to send all items back, didn’t even care that I would have to spend the money for returns back to China. But, they would never give me the full address after 10 emails. It’s all a complete scam!

DO NOT ORDER from this site. I recieved filthy, damaged clothing. Looks like it was worn and packaged again. I would actually give this site zero stars. They refuse to refund my money. They want me to pay to ship it back. I am going to have to toss these clothes.
