Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The christening dress was not as advertised at all â it was far too long despite me carefully measuring before purchase. Completely misleading and very disappointing. I returned the item in perfect, unworn condition using tracked postage. The dress was received, yet I had to chase them just to get an update on my return, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they then claimed the dress I returned was damaged and refused to issue a refund. This is completely untrue and feels like a blatant attempt to avoid taking responsibility. I will not be purchasing anything from here ever again and strongly advise others not to either! They also seem to review your review before posting on their website, as my review has not been approved / posted!!!!

I purchased 2 through Debenhans and returned as the colours were nothing like the photos and had to wait over 2 months for the refunds, in the mean time I purchased a different colour from them direct to be told after purchase the colour was not in stock but wouldnt take too long, so I was willing to wait, the time frame came and went and in the end I disputed it with the bank and they refunded it to me as it was 2 months before it arrived, it arrived after the refund was given and now 4 months later they are threatening me with debt collecters for the money evan after I have now sent it back in new condition not evan opened out of the 21day period. I wish I had seen all these reviews first ð

Ordered two flower girl dresses and to be honest the dresses were beautiful Anne could not fault the quality but far too small so had to return them . Refund incredibly slow and people canât afford to lay out this money for three to four weeks.

We just wanted to give a call out for the impeccable service we received from Lily and Bo. The meter of good service is when there is a hiccup and how helpful (or not) the company is...so although there is no telephone number to call, we have had immediate polite and helpful responses throughout! The dresses arrived as per photograph and description and it has been a pleasure to work with Lily and Bo.
Shockingly poor company
Shockingly poor company. Do not buy from them ! I ordered 3 dresses via Debenhams. they have 3 colours advertised - Gold, Champagne, Blush. Ordered Gold. Received Champagne. Thinking this was an error I reordered this time on the Lilly & Bo website only to be then told when returning the 3 original dresses that champagne is the new gold ! Work that one out. Saying they only have two colours gold and pink despite advertising 3 colours. Now they say they have not received my return even though I have royal mail tracking to show their receipt. Second order I have been told will be the same champagne dresses and it is my perception that they arenât gold ! However packaging on original order clearly stated champagne. Lastly ordered the second batch with next day delivery costing £8.95. Three days later still not received as they have sent it on a 48 hour service instead. This is also my fault apparently and I have to enquire with Royal Mail - when I know royal mail will direct me to the sender. So now almost £700 out of pocket and they say it is my perception which is at fault as itâs the only gold they do - even though they advertise champagne as another colour choice. Be aware they also have silver on their site and many other colours which are just stock images of old stock but you can order those too - even though you canât get them ! Not even an apology. Section 75 card claim coming their way along with a complaint. Do not order from this company ! Awful experience

Decided to brave the reviews as my flower girl had chosen their dress specifically and Iâm very glad I did. I may have just got lucky with stock, but it arrived nicely packaged in 3 days. I also ordered directly from the company and not through Debenhams as I had seen some poor reviews involving their marketplace. Great quality and true to size, exactly as pictured. I ordered a dress that was out of stock so agreed I was happy to wait for the right colour to be delivered. The dress came and the bow had 2 different colours. I emailed and was offered another dresz to be sent however the dress was with the seemstress when we noticed the discrepancies and alterations had started. I was offered 50% off a future dress valid for 12 months. I explained the child was not mine and only part of the wedding so this would no be something I could use. No response. No follow up.
I would not recommend to buy from here. Alwzays check the reviews before purchasing.
Order not received no communication
Ordered 2 flower girl dresses 20 days ago havenât received any communication, no reply to emails, no tracking information so I have no idea if they will come in time for my wedding or if I should buy elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Avoid, difficult to get refunds
Similar to many other reviewers, I ordered two dresses, several days later was emailed to say that one of the dresses was out of stock and they would refund. They did refund, but it took nearly 3 weeks to get my money back. While not great, they are transparent that it can take up to 14 days. Returned the second dress as it was too small, I have proof of posting with Royal Mail and an email from Debenhams where I purchased the dresses saying I would be refunded. No refund nearly 4 weeks later, customer service at Debenhams haven't been great, no idea if I'll get my money back. Avoid, don't make the same mistake that I have. I thought through buying at Debenhams I may have a better experience.

Was on a rush deadline so ordered dresses that said 'in stock ready to be shipped' to be then told none are in stock and will be shipped by a certain date. Decided to risk and wait, once dresses arrived 2 dresses were correct but the finish om them was not great and the other dress on the order form they had crossed out the size and written a new one and also sent a different dress. So dress wasnt what i ordered and was too big, really disappointed. Highly recommend Angel and Rocket and UK Flower Girl Boutique. The information for items in stock is all up to date and the delivery is quick and quality is incredible!

I ordered a dress for my daughter from their website. The next day I received an email from Natalie herself saying that the dress was out of stock and they will be receiving more stock next week but i could not wait a week as her prom was to Close my other option was to pick a different dress I shouldâve never been able to order a dress that was not in stock in the first place when looking at different dresses there was nothing that was suitable for my daughter so I asked her for a refund. the same day as she sent me the email thank goodness I never picked another dress, as I wouldâve never received it I have not heard nothing from her since and of course have not received no dress and no refund. Item I originally ordered wasnât on website so bought a dress which was in the sale (so assuming itâs already made)
10 days later it hadnât been dispatched and I didnât hear from company following an email 24 hours previous so emailed for a refund.
Refund was provided in an email but not even an explanation or apology.
Very unprofessional and slack. Avoid!

I placed a order on 9th September 2021 for a holy communion dress I was aware there was a 4 week wait for the dress which would of taken it to 7th October I emailed a few times asking for updates as my daughter makes her communion on the 16th October 2021, they replied and updated me going through customs ect....but that time frame is up they asked me if I wanted to swap for another dress which I agreed with after receiving the dress I swapped for this dress is definitely not brand new, there is alot of fraying/threading at the bottom of the dress at the back the dress has a train on it so this would happen whilst being dragged along the ground, next thing there's a hole in it which looks like the heel of a shoe has gone through it, there is make up marks on the dress too. I also followed there size chart on the website baring in mind my daughter is 8 years old and she came up 11- 12 years , well the dimensions are clearly off because we couldn't get the zip up and ive had to take this USED dress to a alterations company to sort it so its wearable for Saturday, I simply do not have the time or money to get my daughter another dress. This company has blocked me off their Facebook page as they were quite upset with me posting on their wall about this dress I recieved with loads of pictures of the flaws on this dress, they were clearly to bothered about their business being tarnished rather then helping their customer , all NORMAL companies will have good and bad reviews ...this company quite clearly deletes any negativity they recieve so it doesn't put the public off from ordering from them. With the stress I have had waiting a lengthy 5 weeks for a dress that has came with damage too it and off dimensions is absolutely appalling and they should be ashamed of themselves, How can they justify selling these dresses at £129, im disgusted and I have emailed citizen advice so I can get in touch with trading standards.

I bought a flower girl dress from Lilly and Bo for our upcoming wedding. When opening the product was in perfect condition however not quite the colour we were looking for. The day it arrived I wrapped it up, and the following day took it to the post office to be returned.
A few days later I received an email from the company telling me that I had not returned the dress within the 14 days stated in their returns policy and therefore would only be entitled to credit with their website. Instantly alarm bells started to ring as this was completely impossible. I checked the tracking information and found out that it was delivered to them one day after I had sent it.
I explained that this was impossible and even emailed proof. The owner of the website told me I was wrong and that she would get her accountant to look in to it. From the dress being ordered from the website to the day they received it back was only 11 days but she chose to ignore that fact.
After several emails backwards and forwards with the company I finally got my refund.
I will never order from this site again and I advise others not to either. Far too stressful!

I have not received my order and have tried and tried and tried to contact your company regarding my order. NO ONE has contacted me or responded to my emails. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I paid $150 US for this order and I probably will not see the money..
