I ordered a vegan leather woven hand bag from Lilly Loves website for around £80 with the new customer discount. It arrived nicely packaged but there were a few imperfections to the ‘leather’ and I felt a bit disappointed considering the price. I reached out to customer service and sent photos of the bag and they apologised and sent me a replacement. I’ve since bought a similar bag in a different style because they’re so fun and I personally think the brand is pretty good quality and unique.

Similar to the other review… extremely disappointed there is no material specification it only says cotton polyester mix, but I think is 100% polyester it is extremely itchy. I contacted them directly to ask for more details and they said I should return the item if I’m not happy… very weird that they can’t disclose the materials they use and it’s probably because they have no idea. Mass produced in china terrible quality.

Terrible quality. This is not a uk based “local brand” it’s mass produced Chinese rubbish. Poorly sewn tag, no garment instructions or materials.
Do not buy - just go straight to Shein or Temu- it’ll be cheaper
