Awful jewellry, cheap and not anyway near as advertised. Advised ring was engraved and 14c gold plated, it's cheap yellow looking metal and just etched on not engraved. Avoid.

My mom ordered me this ring with our initials on it. She was so sweet and loving when giving it to me. I love her so much. ❤️
My siblings decided they all wanted to get matching rings for our parents anniversary. All 4 of us got our parents initials engraved on to the the rings, and now we all wear them. Lilli Paris had a good deal on at the time, so we thought why not all get one.🤭
The birthstone bracelet is just beautifull. Ive had it for a week now, and I keep loving it more and more. The gold goes so well with the stones. Only downside was the shipping took 7 days. Will order again in the near future! 💗
Too many companies are adverstising products on facebook making promises that they cant keep. Luckily when I recieved the initial ring this was not the case. It looks exaclty like the one I saw in the ad, and I cant wait to show my friends. Ordering again soon!
Zero stars!! Absolutely terrible quality ring and company. Looks nothing like marketing pictures. Sent numerous emails asking for a refund and just kept getting fobbed off with offers of partial % refunds. Had to issue a chargeback from card company
AVOID THIS COMPANY THE ARE A SCAM! What a waste of money for cheap jewellery that turns your finger green/black after 2 wears. No communication, no refund, turned off all comments on Instagram.
Wish I had seen the other reviews already on here before I purchased. I ordered through Instagram, and the ring tarnished almost immediately. I contacted them for a refund and they repeatedly offered me discounts with no resolution and kept ignoring the content of my emails. It was only when I sent them a Final Action Letter and contacted my card provider to raise a chargeback that they emailed me and issued the refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and products. I will also be reporting them to trading standards.
Saw this brand on Instagram, thought it was nice and always like to support small businesses, so I ordered a “Adjustable Initial Ring” literally haven’t even worn this ring a month and it has already discoloured. I’ve seen a pretty few shocking reviews and wish I read these upon purchasing my item!
I contacted customer service multiple times requesting to return for a full refund, however I was repeatedly offered partial refunds or a replacement ring, why would I want a replacement when the first one discoloured.
Still trying to sort this out! Otherwise will be going though my payment provider
Given what I experienced, I would recommend exercising caution when ordering, especially if you need dependable help resolving any issues. Truly disappointing.
**UPDATE**
After contacting my payment provider, the chargeback was successful and the bank refunded me. Lilli Paris then repeatedly emailed me asking me to cancel it, promising they would refund me once I did. I politely declined. If they processed the refund, the bank would automatically close the chargeback anyway. I wasn’t cancelling it on the promise of a refund I had already chased over five times.
Please beware and know your rights as a consumer.

Saw this brand on Instagram, thought it was nice and always like to support small businesses, so I ordered a “1+1 FREE Adjustable Initial Ring” but only received one item, and the ring that did arrive was damaged.
I contacted customer service multiple times requesting to return for a full refund, however I was repeatedly offered partial refunds or discounts instead of a proper resolution.
It took escalating the issue through my payment provider to get this taken seriously.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when ordering, particularly if you need support resolving an issue.
Very disappointing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH TRADING STANDARDS! Sell products claiming 12 month warranty with it not the case as after 3 days the “gold plating” wore off. I WILL BE LEAVING MESSAGES ALL OVER THEIR PLATFORM SO NO ONE BUYS FROM THEM!!!!!
Awful quality- they state it’s made to last a life time and tarnish free. Mine completely tarnished after a week. When I requested a refund or replacement they offered a 15% refund or 25% off my next purchase. I had to go back and forth with the company refusing to complete a return despite having a 12 month warranty.They eventually offered 50% but I again have had to go back given the awful quality.
If I could give a zero star then I would!!
Absolute Scam!!! The rings are extremely poor quality and they don’t give you the promised money back guarantee. Avoid at all costs!!!
Really disappointed with this purchase.
The ring I received looks nothing like the one shown on the website or Instagram. The images suggest a properly engraved initial with depth and a polished finish, but in reality it’s just a surface-level laser marking with no depth at all. It looks cheap and completely different to how it’s advertised.
The packaging was also misleading. On the website it appears in branded packaging, but mine arrived in a plain, unbranded box that was scratched and poor quality.
Overall, this feels very misleading. The product and presentation don’t match what’s being advertised, and I wouldn’t have bought it if the real item had been shown.
I’ve contacted customer service and am waiting for a resolution, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

After weeks of chasing via email and Instagram, they’ve finally responded. They’re claiming this was a “manufacturing error” and initially offered a 20% refund, which they’ve now increased to 50%.
Honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. Instead of resolving it properly, I’ve had to keep pushing and effectively negotiate for a refund I should have been entitled to from the start.
At this point, I’m tired of chasing, so I’ve accepted the partial refund just to draw a line under it.
