Lily and Rose レビュー 

I ordered and received a pair of shoes, I love them but are to small I have tried to reorder over a dozen time in three days. I am frustrated and very disappointed. I really want to reorder and the web site will not allow.

Lila and Rose replied today saying they will reach out to the warehouse to try and cancel one pair. If the process to ship has started then they will help me with the return process. They will continue to track the progress,
Buyer beware!
Placed an order for one pair of shoes. Wound up paying twice for the same pair of shoes. Quickly tried contacting the merchant and Shopify to cancel one order. Have sent 5 emails to Lily and Rose/no reply. Two emails to Shopify/ no reply.

I'm not confusing this with a clothing store. This review is strictly for the jewelry store. I have contacted the company over 4 times now asking for the status of items I ordered last year. With no response. We are now at almost 4 weeks and the item is still in label created. Company has nonexistent communication capabilities. I can only assume at the price I paid the jewelry is subpar. I can't recommend purchasing from this co.pany.

Har väldigt mycket saker från Lily and Rose, nära tjugotalet smycken nu. Alla halsband har hållit sig väldigt fina och så även de flesta örhängena. På två av örhängena har några mindre stenar lossnat (örhängen var i silver så det syns ändå inte). På ett annat par hade många fler stenar lossnat men det gjorde bara att gulddetaljerna kom fram mer. När jag var i kontakt med Lily and Roses kundtjänst angående en annan sak nämnde jag bara detta i förbifarten och skickade bild men tillade att jag ändå tyckte att de var fina.

Jag blev direkt erbjuden ett nytt par som de dessutom skickade fraktfritt. Jag behövde inte ens uppvisa kvitto. Örhängena fick jag i present ett drygt år tillbaka. Det var verkligen inget de behövde göra men det var en fin gest.

Today I bought coffee and ice cream from them (Kelvingrove Art Gallery). I was holding my six-month-old child. I paid with my contactless card. The seller turned the card away, saying she'd overcharged me. She adjusted the price and handed me the card again. The bank refused to process the transaction, so I paid with a second card.

After returning home, I checked my bank transactions and found that Lilly & Rose had debited £9.60 from one account and £6.30 from the other. They had defrauded me of £9.60.

I don't have time to go back to them now. But I warn you against using their services.

Så fina smycken och jättefin kundtjänst

I have a Lily and Rose necklace I really love and wear daily.

It needed some repair. I reached out to them and they sent me a replacement within a week!

Köpt till min släkting, alla stenar lossnat nästan direkt. Några som jag haft där oxå samma problem har jag kunnat byta via deras reklamation. De sa även att jag inte vårdade dem på rätt sätt. Då gjort jag exakt son de sa och gissa? Stenar bara föll den ena efter den andra. Varför? Dålig kvalitet helt enkelt! Spelar ingen roll om de är fina. Så är de dåliga i sin kvalitet så hamnar man på noll igen. Egentligen inte alls en stjärna på dessa produkter.

Väldigt fina smycken. Även jag har råkat ut för örhängen där kristaller lossnar, men kundtjänsten var mycket hjälpsam och fick nya.

PLEASE stay away from this company, I would give 0 star. They said item has been delivered, I was waiting 3 months finally arrived. So poor quality, embarrassing to give it to the charity. and when I wanted return it and refund. Postage back so expensive and still didn't get refund.
Please save your money and do not buy anything here. It's a SCAM!!!!

This company are dreadful I ordered a few items 4 weeks ago and they didn't arrived email the company and keep saying royal mail delivered my parcel no they did not cut along story short I have been to my bank to try to get a full refund they also had the cheek to try and take more from me but the bank had stopped this please don't order from these awful people I spent 1 hour in my bank yesesday trying to sort this I don't want anyone to go though want I did they are a scam disgracful

SCAM stay away! The photos are not representative of what you'll receive from CHINA if you receive anything it all. No returns or refunds. Poor quality. RIP OFF! Pity I can't attach photos!!!

1 star is too good for them. They send all sorts of 'offers' but won't send your money back for the poor, shoddy clothes they advertise.
I have managed to get £11 back via PayPal. I think their treatment of customers is appalling and they are keeping peoples money.
I found them on Pintrest, and others like them.
Steals and Romanshe is another one. Please be careful. A London address is not applicable they are in China or other East European countries.

Absolute rubbish honestly.

I ordered a jacket which looked good quality on line i was shocked when it arrived to find it was nothing like the picture.It is baggy poorly made unlined abd not fit to even send to a charity shop.
I have been offered 60% discount on my next order which i accepted until i read all the awful reviews.I realise i have wasted £40 and wont be ordering anything ever again.
Please do not make the same mistake and do not order from this site.

Lily & Rose advertise on Pinterest. This is a scam company. Their product advertisement leads you to expect a good quality item, but what you get is a cheap rubbish product. It you want a refund ( as you will!) you have to send the rubbish item back to China at a cost in excess of £30. AVOID at all costs.

Har alltid gillat Lily and Rose's smycken. Nästan alla mina smycken är därifrån. Men tyvärr lossnar stenarna för enkelt. Köpte hem ett armband för 999kr och en sten lossnade redan vid första användningen. Supertråkigt då det är så extremt vackra grejer! Men just den kvalitén för det priset.. :(

Har köpt både armband och örhängen då de är fina. Dock lossnar stenarna otroligt lätt. Har slutat handla dessa smycken.

Dels är kundservicen super, de svarade på mina frågor jättesnabbt! och jag kunde därefter känna mig trygg och lägga en beställning.

Deras askar till smyckena är sååå fina och paketerade med omsorg. Älskar den rosa färgen, inuti har det en regal röd tyg. Det känns verkligen inte alls billigt.
Köpte två fina armband som present till två olika personer och fick med två presentpåsar utan extra kostnad!

Fick allt dagen efter jag lade min beställning.

Jag beställde ett par örhängen och ett halsband från Emily serien och är mer än nöjd. De va så fina och supersnabb leverans, det tog bara ett par dagar.
