No sensors after paying money.

The concept is certainly a good one and if you follow the instructions you will lose weight. Unfortunately, this is not backed up by the logistics of getting the sensors to you. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks from my new sensors which have failed to arrive. I accept the customer service people will give you a fast response. But their promises never materialise. This is particularly worrying when they insist on you paying them upfront for your chosen plan. I have paid over €500 for a three month plan and at this stage I am still waiting for sensors. My concerns at the moment that Limbo have gone out of business as there seems to be quite a lot of people having the same issue. I will give an update when I hear more.

Order never arrives

I’ve ordered my first sensors almost 1 month ago. A week ago a nice gentleman replied on the WhatsApp that I should receive my tracking soon. In these modern times of global webshops, I cannot understand why this has to take so long.
Reading through the other reviews I’m very sceptical to ever receive my order.
I’m happy that I’ve only placed one order instead of a recurring subscription.
To my feeling this Limbo thing seems like a hoax.

Hi Francis. Appreciate it's frustrating with the delay to your order - I can see the care team have been in touch to say stock was arriving this week. Your order has been processed and will be with you shortly - you should get a tracking link later today or Monday latest.
Importantly, you never pay for time that you miss, so you'll get the full month as soon as your sensors arrive.

A game changer

Being able to see the impact of foods (and drinks!) on your glucose level live was a game changer for me. I had no idea that healthy looking foods such as certain fruits could have such a big impact on my glucose spikes! Limbo helps me make more conscious choices

It’s a shame

It’s a shame, after more than a week I haven’t received the tracking link yet.
I wrote to Limbo care, but they continue to answer me with excuses. The ask me patience but they have my money. To ask patience it would be correct to cash the money in the moment when the customer receive the product.
The bad thing is that if the product work as they claim, I couldn’t start the second month after finishing the first one.
Anyway another few days then I would claim the money back and go to police.

Hi Denis - I can see that you've been in touch with the care team and a full refund has been given. We have been advising members that there was a two week delay with the latest shipments into our centres, but it's all fixed now.

As a note, it's very difficult to send a product before people pay for it, but we do always ensure that, if there's any delays in getting it to you, that you do get the full time that you've paid for it.

Regret to buy 6mths package in advance

Regret to buy 6mths package in advance. My current sensor has already expired yesterday (23/4/2025) and I’ve whatsapp them to give them notice at least a week in advance, until
now status of aramex still in Dubai, created but no update abt when will it be picked by aramex and estimated to reach SG, so dissapointed although multiple agents has replied, still the same old sentence, maybe its just copy and paste from their “reply template” with no update or whatsoever, no urgency or human touch of customer service centre, customer service and logistics side are very poor quality, how are u going to compensate the gap of my subscription? Really regret to hastily purchased 6mths upfront package. Do not recommend to friends or family although the concepts are amazing

SCAM: BUYER BEWARE

I placed an order for my Limbo package on April 10th and have reached out to Limbo customer service multiple times. As of today, the package still hasn’t been shipped. Why is there such a delay in dispatching a simple package? Be cautious when spending your money here.

UPDATE : MAY 7TH
I still have not received my Limbo package. I was told the exact same thing today :

"The next batch of sensors arrived at our dispatch center last week and will be ready to ship out shortly. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 days.

We are working trough the backlog as fast as we can to ensure all the shipments that were delayed are collected by the courier in the shortest time frame possible."

Limbo avoid at all costs

I subscribed to Limbo expecting a professional service, but it has been a complete nightmare. They charged me €200 before the subscription even started, and now, three weeks later, I still haven’t received the device – in fact, they haven’t even shipped it.

To make matters worse, I noticed that the next charge of another €200 was already scheduled in just 10 days, despite the fact that I’ve received nothing and haven’t been able to use the service at all.

This is absolutely unacceptable. No product, no communication, and yet they keep charging as if everything were working fine. Limbo feels like a complete scam, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay far away.

Sorry about the delay. However, we don't charge for the second month automatically, the timing of the month only starts when you put on your first sensor? If you can forward the email that you received I can help clear up the confusion.

It is a SCAM - the kit never arrives.

It is a SCAM, I purchased mine in March 8, and 40 days later I still don't have it. Supposedly they ship from Dubai, they just keep giving you the runaround, and they don't refund you either.

It is not a scam.

Checking your records I can see as you say your order was made on the 8 March, but you were also provided with tracking details as the package was despatched.

The courier has given us confirmation that it was delivered to you which we shared, but as you said you hadn't received it we raised a ticket with the courier to check confirmation.

Regardless of this, you said you didn't want confirmation and wanted to cancel, to which we responded confirming that a refund would be processed straight away. Please note that if the package is found, you won't be able to use it, but if you do find it and change your mind let us know and we can activate your account.

Happy I chose Limbo

The sensor feedback is almost immediate making it easier to see what different food choices do to my blood sugar. Knowing what works helps me to eat better and avoid sugary foods

Til now didn t receive the order i placed on 31/01/25. I ll come back with an review about the product if I will finally receive it. They told me there was a problem with my adres. But I use to order stufs in nl and never ever had problems with the deliveries by PostNL. I could go and pick up by myself in Breda living not far away from there, i m enough of their answer “we try, we check…and more bla bla bla

Poor logistics and experience

I purchased Limbo believing all the hype and positive testimonials. This company does not deliver . The logistics of receiving the sensor is extremely poor. Once you order , it takes about 14 days to receive the sensor. The order takes 7 days to be sent to AN POST NL . The tracking data received is not fit for purpose . Eventually it states arrived in country with no further updates . I have worked in logistics and I have worked in NL so this is something I never experienced . Once I received the sensor it malfunctioned after about 3 days . Customer service were made aware of what happened . I have 14 hours left on the current sensor and still no sign of a new sensor . However I do receive emails asking me to sign up for a year .

Also their app is clunky . There are live sessions but you cannot access them on the app - you have to go through the website get a one time code ( which I found did not work or I did not get the code) . They should really examine the customer journey as there are so many gaps. Limbo is a great concept but the implementation is below par .

Hi, thanks for leaving detailed feedback and sorry that your expectations are not being met.

We provide tracking links with summary information, but also links to any courier used to that you can see detailed information if required. PostNL is the main postal service in Netherlands, and whilst you wouldn't then get courier information whilst you're in Netherlands, outside its extremely common.

As to live sessions and the access code - we use an access code for security reasons to make sure its you logging into your account (and the care team can always check that the code is sent to you- but they don't know the code).

As to 'live' video calls, like most companies we use a mixture of google and chat technology which are secure, and easy to use.

We do have quite a few sections and posts on foods in our members' only portal Limbo Life, have you had a chance to look there? As we are all different, not everybody will have the same reaction to foods... thats why with the sensor you gradually work out what works for you.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased a year subscription. All the one star reviews are correct there is no support I haven’t received my sensors and no explanation offered. I haven’t even started the program and am already not getting a good feeling about it

I'm not entirely sure what your expectations were. Current despatch times are on average 5-7 days.

You ordered and paid on the 21 March. The sensors were despatched 4 days later. You received notifications about this as they were processed for delivery, and as it was despatched, and were kept up to date.

It's absolutely not correct to say that you haven't received any support nor explanations.

You asked us various questions about how to enter your email address in to get a passcode, all of which were answered.

When you said you couldn't open the tracking links we opened them for you and shared pics of the tracking.

Regardless, as per our terms and conditions even if you want to cancel, despite all the care and attention our team have given you - and indeed the speed of despatch and updates sent to you, we're going to refund you.

Good CGM and feedback.

It’s a very convenient way to track my glucose levels. I don’t appreciate all the comments that are sent to me because they seem very AI generated and impersonal. They’re also not accurate for the situation. I would like it if the app had a place to add what type of diet a person is on.
