The boiler was leaking, and an engineer was made available at the earliest convenience. The problem was quickly identified and fixed on the same day without any delays. So far, everything is going well. The engineers were professional and well-trained. I also received a call a few days later to check that everything was still working properly. Thank you.

Lime Heating have been looking after our boiler for the last three years, and the difference compared to our previous local company has been night and day. Their service has been consistently reliable, professional, and genuinely caring.

Over Christmas we had a leak that went from bad to worse, and they went above and beyond to get us sorted quickly during an already stressful time. When a similar leak happened again recently, they were out within just a few hours and had everything fixed without any fuss.

It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lime Heating to anyone.

My kitchen two was leaking and tap heads come off 2 other taps. The plumber arrived in good time, was polite and professional, he completed the job in good time and dod he best to clean up after himself. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Steve was very helpful, friendly, well mannered and went above and beyond.

The service engineer was very pleasant and kept items away from where I'd requested in my rather small hall. Everything was left very clean and he told me that everything was sound.

The company contacted me to remind my annual service was due. A date and time was made and the engineer arrived on time- leaving a message before hand to say he was on his way. He was efficient and tidy and the service was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Lime Heating.

I came across Lime Heating by pure chance, as I had a problem with a shower which I had put up with for sometime, so I took the chance to ask their advice. The reply given was helpful and sounded knowledgable and honest. I finally got the time to ask them for quote for replacing the shower completely. This was a fair price, and do I asked for them to come out. Thankfully I did. The work done has been without fault, completed as asked, as quoted and the guys themselves polite left the job clean and tidy.
I am not one for leaving reviews, however I appreciate that finding good honest tradespeople these day is not easy. So I any giving credit where credit is due. Trust the reviews written for this company, I did and I’m grateful. Lime Heating will be my go-to, should I ever have any plumbing or heating needs in the future.

Lime Heating recently carried out two jobs for us. They were meticulous with each one, despite the fact that on the first job - a shower repair - a critical part was missing from the manufacturer-supplied unit that had been sent out to us. A big thank you to Nick and Ross for their courtesy and professionalism and for being great ambassadors for the company! 😀 We would certainly use Lime Heating again.

I have used Lime Heating a number of times now.
They recently installed an unvented hot water tank for us, to improve the water pressure for showers
Ross installed the tank professionally with care, adapting the original plan to relocate the outlet. He also dealt with a leaking joint in a nearby pipe which became evident immediately, once the system had a greater pressure of water going through.
Sadly, and this is not a criticism of Lime, I wish I'd known this was likely to be an issue, as we have had several other leaks arising since.
They have been dealt with satisfactorily, but created a lot of unexpected mess & expense.
Staff at Lime have been unfailingly responsive, & professional, but they do not offer an emergency service.
