We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. Lovely modern, clean apartment with a comfortable bed. Easy access to buses and the tube.

Die Buchung war problemlos, wir wurden immer informiert über den Stand, Ein- und Auschecken ebenfalls problemlos. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Man könnte aber vielleicht noch einen Wischer für den Boden des Bades, nach dem Duschen,
bereitstellen.

I stayed from April 8th to April 11th. From the very first day, the television was not working. I contacted assistance and was promised a €10 refund for that day, along with the assurance that a technician would come the following day (which never happened).

In total, I had been promised €30 in refunds (€10 per day), but I only received €10.

Long story short, if you find something broken in your room, don’t expect a room change: they tend instead to waste your time with promises (like the refunds) that are ultimately not kept.

The apt. was advertised with bed for two and A.C.
We found a very hot apt with no air conditioner and a full size bed
No bed sheets only a thick comforter not good on 80 degrees

Siisti, todella hyvin varusteltu, jatkoon menee ehdottomasti!!

All good but only the induction plate for cooking was getting on my nerve.. As I was cooking nice Italian/Croatian food the plate was not working properly .. to sensitive or I am to old for that modern cooking.. :))
Also the individuals walking around where pritty doggy.. and the shock in the morning.. the drunk guy laying on the ground infront of of the building.. This need to be stopped immediately and the street needs to be cleaned up ..lot of broken glass on the street.. etcetc.
Comparing to my hometown.. ZAGREB .. the city is much cleaner.. thank you

Un apartamento perfecto, muy limpio y bien equipado: habitación, estar, cocina y baño.

No hay ningún contacto no te hacen caso en el Whastapp está lloviendo la ventana abierta que no se puede cerrar y nadie hace caso. Un desastres

Estancia de dos dias con tres ninos. El apartamentos es préciosité, muy bien organizado, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Perfectamente ubicado en el casco viejo. Se puede ir a pie a zonas df tiendras y a visiter los principales sitios de interes. Por el precio, la mejor de las estancias que he tenido hasta ahora, y he viajado bastante....

Beim Checkin etc. hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, die Codes standen pünktlich bereit und haben funktioniert. Die Suite war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr modern, und der Balkon riesig. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Increíble estancia, muchísimo mejor de lo que me esperaba. La cama y el sofá comodisimos. Recomiendo 100%. No se escucha nada de tráfico a pesar de estar en una calle concurrida. Muy a favor que pasan muchos autobuses y una parada de taxis justo en la puerta.
