Quick and efficient service. Unfortunately the items I bought are smaller than I wanted but that is down to my measuring and nothing whatsoever to do with the company.

I needed a new cartridge for a bathroom basin tap. The original was a peglar which is no longer available. I tried a locally with no luck. I tried further a field without success. I stumbled on Lime Kitchen and Bathroon online. The receptionist could not have been more helpful in establishing the right cartridge and its measurements. I ordered the cartridge which I was told I could return if it did not fit.
When the cartridge arrived if fitted perfectly. Excellent and friendly customer service. Worth 5 stars on all counts.

Purchased two items for a Reginox sink. One fitted the basket was to big. Tess was very helpful in identifying a suitable replacement and dispatch. Great service and good items

I required a new cartridge for the washbasin mono tap in the bathroom, but was unable to locate the correct one in any of the local hardware/plumbing stores. I eventually located the one I needed amongst the many different cartridges on offer on the Lime Kitchen and Bathroom web site. This was ordered, received safely and fitted, all within a few days. Excellent service.

Good quality taps (made in Italy) and fitted no problem, with a 24 teeth spline that are hard to find, just the top screw would have been a useful addition. The service was excellent and at a great price, even better than Amazon for price and quality.

Needed a replacement tap hose (extendable tap), easy to order reasonably priced and quick delivery.

Will come back here if needing any further similar.

Only observation was that same item available at a different company based at same premises, but was still at same price and delivery.

I recently purchased a replacement ceramic tap cartridge from Lime Kitchen and Bathroom. The item arrived when I expected and was well packed and above all it was easy to fit and works well. I would recommend Lime Kitchen and Bathroom.

Ordered replacement tap handles for my kitchen sink. They matched the old handles but were a little large. They look great! Delivery was prompt and efficient.
