Extremely poor quality of fabric ..no communication with customer... disappointed

I tried unique clothes and perfume testers. I really liked “Moment.”

I must say they have bad aftersale service. I order shalwar kameez. But it sound like used and wrinkled. And when i lodge complaint they say customer service is busy

میں نے لائم لائٹ سے دو مرتبہ سوٹ خریدا، ایک مرتبہ اسٹور سے اور دوسری مرتبہ ان کی آفیشل ویب سائٹ سے، تاکہ یہ تسلی ہو جائے کہ مسئلہ کسی ایک جگہ کا نہیں بلکہ خود برانڈ کی کوالٹی کا ہے۔ افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ دونوں مرتبہ فیبرک کا معیار انتہائی ناقص، گھٹیا اور ناقابلِ قبول نکلا۔
کپڑا اتنا سخت، بے جان اور کم معیار کا ہے کہ اسے پہننے کے قابل کہنا بھی مبالغہ ہوگا۔ ہاتھ لگانے پر یہ بالکل کسی پرانے، استعمال شدہ پوچھنے یا ڈسٹر جیسا محسوس ہوتا ہے، جو اس قیمت اور برانڈ کے نام کے ساتھ سراسر دھوکا محسوس ہوتا ہے۔
لائم لائٹ جیسے نام نہاد معروف برانڈ سے اس درجے کی کوالٹی کی توقع نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ اس تجربے نے ثابت کر دیا کہ برانڈ نام کے پیچھے معیار بالکل نظرانداز کیا جا رہا ہے۔ صارفین کے اعتماد کے ساتھ اس طرح کھیلنا انتہائی مایوس کن ہے اور اس پر سنجیدہ سوالات اٹھتے ہیں۔

i ordered 6 shirts from Limelight for winter, expecting proper khaddar fabric. But when I received them, the material was extremely thin, more like summer fabric.ispecifically ordered winter shirts because i expected better quality, but this was very disappointing. It honestly feels like a waste of money.i could have easily found much better winter fabric in the local market i didn’t expect such poor quality from a brand like this

I have been shopping from limelight.pk since 4, 5 years. Since I have started ordering online, the service is soo shit they have sent damaged items and then they say we can't exchange or return. This has happened to me 3 times now I will never order again. I am very disappointed.

Ordered some suits from limelight, very disappointed, very cheap material, wrong measurements, medium will fit to extra large person,. It's an absolute rubbish brand, actually does n't deserve to be called "a brand" never ever buying from them. Just hate the suits I received.

I ordered a shalwar kameez for my self with the size medium, i recieved wrong size which is extra small, and when i called on helpline they said sale article is not returnable and also not exchangable, i mean koe kafir banda b ho ga tu wo size change kar k day ga. Ma konsa paisay wapis mang raha. Itna bara brand hay or service 3rd class.

I am a regular customer ordering almost every season.
The last order I placed was said to be delivered 3-5 working days on 5th day I reached out to them as my family was returning back to UK and I needed my outfits however they have absolutely rubbish customer service. After contant messages on WhatsApp and email and them claiming to have written as 'urgent' my package got delivered 13 DAYS later to the wrong address.
I had reached out to them to change my address as they had taken too long and no will be there to receive my parcel so I'd asked to parcel to my family friends and they would hopefully find a way to send over to me.
AFTER CONFIRMING THEY CAN CHANGE ADDRESS, its been delivered to the previous address and I have no idea where my parcel is now as we are now back in the UK.
Totally rubbish and terrible. I will be contacting my UK bank to get my money back as I am not the one who received the package. Their online should be closed down as they have rubbish customer service and don't know how to deal with customers. A total nightmare to deal with and extremely expensive, found Mariah B clothes just a couple of 1000 Rupees expensive but amazing quality.
DONT SHOP HERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Lime light is one of my favourite clothing brand I loved their stuff

Whenever search I search a product I got it the page doesn't found I am very disappointed from this line website are really disappoint of it

I have been a regular customer of limelight but recently I ordered two dresses from their website I mistakenly ordered same dresses twice when I realised the mistake I called customer service but they didn't reply I emailed them to cancel one order but they said they already sent the parcel they said me to return one parcel and we will sent you a voucher I returned the parcel and it has been 2months they didn't send me any vouchers I asked many times but no positive response.i m very disappointed never going to shop again they even don't deserve one star

I order a pair of shoe today and its sole is expired and is removing by its own.

Limelight Packages Mall has the worst staff I have ever encountered—rude, untrained, and lacking basic etiquette. It was the worst experience ever. I will never shop at Limelight again and will make sure my entire family avoids it as well.

Not a good service at all. Received wrong article Just because of their lightning and camera issue and their bad services. Ordered cream colur dress and received in grey colour.

Pathetic service.. I ordered a dress which was supposed to be cream colur and they delivered in Grey and now they are not even exchanging it nor accepting their fault.. And the dress duppata don't match with shirt and trouser colur

It was my big mistake in my whole life that I ordered from Lime Light very bad service ..........and speachless no more ....plz avoid this company brand
