In my opinion that gym is one of the best personal training providers in the country, and definitely the best in Liverpool. The hikes they organise as part of the services they offer, are always very enjoyable and you meet there great people from the gym community. Highly recommend!

The concept is excellent and all of the personal trainers are fantastic!! Being part of the gym and community has made a significant difference to my physical and mental health. I would highly recommend.

Levi and Alex are the best! I've always found it so hard to commit to the gym but since I've started training with them I have established a whole new way of thinking about the gym and my health. The training plan and accountability they have provided has helped me so much! The transformation I have had both physically and mentally really is incredible and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

I've been with training with Alex & Levi for a few months now and have seen a big change in and out of the gym. Used to hate the gym and struggled for motivation but now I'm in every morning before work and enjoying it and seeing a difference physically but also mentally and helping me set and achieve goals in my personal life as well. They are really good lads and really care about helping you and helping achieve your goals.

I’ve been at limitless coming up to 5 months and Alex and Levi couldn’t be more true to their mission statement. They are relentless and unwavering in their support in helping you build better habits and break the ones that hold you back. The community they’ve nurtured is such a welcoming environment for those like myself who have previously gotten so overwhelmed and self conscious in a gym setting. The sessions are meticulously planned and tailored to help you attain what it is you want. Last years version of me wouldn’t have dreamed I’d be were I am now at the start of this year, both physically and mentally, and I’m so grateful for the time so far and so excited for the times ahead.

I joined Limitless after being invited by a colleague at work. I moved to Liverpool from Japan, so there was a language barrier, but from day one Levi and Alex were very friendly and attentive and I was very happy with the lessons. Three months on from joining and thanks to them I have lost a lot of weight and am seeing tangible results, I would recommend Limitless to everyone, but I would especially recommend it to anyone who doesn't get enough exercise!

I joined limitless because I view physical fitness as a way to get in shape and put time into myself and my mental health. My journey with Alex has always been about promoting an overall healthy wellbeing. Not only is he a great mentor and support throughout this process, I see him as a friend. He’s helped me through hard times and given me the tools that I can use on my own to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic professional Instructors who genuinely care for their members. A unique experience which doesn't end with a gym membership, that is just the beginning of a whole range of services on offer including the wonderful weekend hikes around some of the most beautiful and scenic places in the country. I am proud and thankful to be part of this community.

What can I say about Levi and Alex…they are quite honestly two of the most passionate, professional and genuine PTs you will come across. They are knowledgeable and they are committed to the cause. Training at Limitless is incomparable to anywhere else I’ve trained, Al and Levi are dedicated in tailoring sessions and training plans to fit each individual and you can train 7 days a week if you like! They are always supportive, non-judgmental and on-hand to motivate you both in person and via WhatsApp. Outside of the gym they spend time organising social events - the next one being a hike up Snowdon - which all members can get involved in if they want to. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and get to know others at Limitless.

If you have specific goals in mind Al and Levi will help you to achieve them with a sustainable fitness and nutrition plan. Sessions are varied in an unintimidating environment and you’ll have continuous support and encouragement.

I never dread my sessions and I’m someone that can easily talk myself out of going the gym/have had plenty of unused gym memberships. Would 100% recommend Limitless to anyone, no matter your age or current fitness levels!

As a 56 year old lady I am not the easiest person to train - I don’t like being told what to do! Yet Levi and Alex pitch the sessions just right. I love the fact I get to do a mix of strength, cardio and stretch. Thanks to them I am healthier and happier and love being part of the community they are building. You couldn’t be in better hands!

Ive been training with limitless since July, Levi and Alex have been so professional throughout, helping me with routine and structure as well as physical improvements- it’s a real community! They’ll push you to your true potential for sure!

I followed Alex from his previous gym when he started Limitless Lifestyle. He described their vision as supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals in a healthy way and to build a community around that.

From my experience they are achieving that goal. My fitness and strength has increased significantly since I started training with Alex. The monthly challenges and community events have made me more active as well. All of this has improved my health and made working out something I look forward too!

I have never been physically or mentally stronger - you will not regret signing up , it is an incredible investment !
