Excellent service

Everything went great from the beginning to the end. We arranged transfer in a couple of minutes and then 10-15 min later drivers information was already on my account. I didn’t need to contact anyone, because I did receive every update on time with where and when driver will be. So I can tell Limotak service is excellent

I placed an order on their website and never received any proper response from customer service. The only contact I got was someone on WhatsApp which doesn’t feel professional at all

On top of that, their billing system looks questionable: invoices without VAT, no clear documentation. Combined with being charged twice before, this raises serious concerns. Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a serious company Lack of support, confusing payments, and no transparency.

Be careful I wouldn’t recommend.

We would like to clarify that we do not have any customer in our system with the name used in this review, and therefore we believe this feedback may have been intended for another company. After the review was published, we also requested information from you that would allow us to investigate the situation, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.

Limotak offers multiple communication channels, including email, live chat, and WhatsApp. We intentionally provide several options and focus on the channels that are most convenient for our clients. WhatsApp is widely used by many of our customers around the world because it allows for faster assistance and real-time updates.

Regarding VAT and invoicing, Limotak operates internationally and VAT is applied only where legally required depending on the service location and applicable tax regulations.

We also carefully reviewed your statement about a double charge. After conducting an internal check, we did not find any duplicate charges in our system during the three weeks prior to this review. If a duplicate charge had actually occurred, we would normally expect the customer to contact our support team so we could resolve the issue immediately, but no such request was received.

If this review was indeed related to a booking with Limotak, please contact us at limotak@limotak.com
with your booking details so we can investigate properly. Otherwise, it is possible that this review was posted about the wrong company.
