I ordered a number of items in one go. In one basket, I was disappointed that I received most of my items delivered separately over several days one still not arrived yet.
I was disappointed by the small size of all my plants, and was not happy by the poor quality of two of my plants

We were told our order placed last year for delivery this year was dispatched but the date was 3 days ahead
Ignored email asking about this
Eventually told the plants were out of stock but no refund offered
Had to ask for a refund!!

Totally unreliable company
Reported them to the RHS as they display their logo!

Very Healthy looking waterlily arrived, well packed and very quickly. Would recommend Lincolnshire Pond Plants and have already ordered from them again.

A very quick and easy process to order. Plants came after 3 days which was great. They were packaged carefully and arrived in a excellent condition. Plants look healthy and the soil was still moist.
They already look nice around my pond and I'm sure will look fantastic when a little more grown.

I’ve never ordered plants online before, but this year I was determined to get the exact plants I wanted for my plants and not just settle for what the local garden centre had. I found this company after searching the plants online and placed my order.

I was a bit worried what condition the plants would be in and whether they would survive transit. Well this is where the Wow factor kicks in. Not only were the plants super health, but each one was individually wrapped in plastic, then added to a strong smash proof plastic box and then inside a big cardboard box.

Absolutely 5 Stars and will definitely use again

I ordered plants from Lincolnshire Pond Plants over 4 months ago and still haven’t received them. Initially they claimed that the items I bought were advertised as “a pre order” so I have patiently waited. I was later promised that the plants would be dispatched on April 5th , but again they failed to do this. Now they have stopped answering emails and I am at the point of giving up on ever receiving my order from last year !!
I have bought from this company several times before at Gardeners World Live but my advice would be - don’t ever order from them online - Never Again !

Plants arrived in good condition and very promptly

AVOID at all costs, spend your money somewhere else. They are full of promises that never materialise.

The pond snails I ordered were very well packed and the snails were delivered in good order and condition. I have also ordered plants from Lincolnshire Pond Plants Ltd and they were the same, very good service with no problems.

I ordered 2 pond lillies and a rhubarb. The pond plants arrived looking half dead and the rhubarb with 2 leaves, one of which had a couple of yellow patches. These spread to cover the entire leaf within a couple of days so I anticipate this dying too. I've emailed the company twice and heard nothing. Seems their customer service is as s**t as their plants.
Following their reply here I sent a third email, repeating my issues and have not yet had a reply

Placed two pre orders for garden plants in Oct 25 and Dec 25 for delivery March 26. Plants were described as 9cm 1 litre, 3 litre etc - no references to bare roots. Got notification of dispatch of the dec order - 2 weeks later it still isn’t with Royal Mail. No sign of the Oct order. After seeing comments on line I queried whether these were actual plants or bare roots. I was told that these 9cm/1 litre description was what size the plant would reach NOT the size of the plant on arrival - so even if the same plant was being sold in difference sizes that mean the size of the pot it was in! Every other company describes if plants are bare root. So even if my plants arrive I won’t be getting what I thought I was getting and as I’m nearly at the end of being able to claim through PayPal and my bank I have no choice but to go through them for refunds - can’t risk waiting any longer for plants that may or may not exist. I was so excited to get both orders but I will next order from this company again .

Response to company - I have already contacted you several times - that’s why I got the response I did. I still fail to see how something like an anemone which is sold as 9cm will only be a 9cm plant - they are much bigger than that. I just want my orders cancelled and for you to confirm with Lloyds and PayPal that you have done so when they get in touch with you.

Further update- just can’t make this up. Lincs won’t respond to emails and via Facebook they have just said they have responded to PayPal - nothing else. Except they have told PayPal they sent me the order - which they haven’t - the only order I have received was the later one paid my debit card. So they have sent a prepaid label via PayPal for an order I’ve never received and which actually doesn’t list either order number but someone else’s…..

It was easy to order and my pond plants have arrived this morning in excellent condition.

I order a 'potted' Waterlily from this company at a cost of £39, what arrived was a plastic bag containing an empty plastic pot, soil, and a very small tuber which was snapped in half and with all its tiny leaves broken off.
I immediately emailed Lincs Plants with a photo of the broken tuber showing the unacceptable state it had arrived in. I expected a rapid reply but a week, and futher emails later, I have had absolutely no response.
They clearly have no Customer Service or scruples and I suggest people should avoid buying plants from this company.

I have never had a bad plant for my fish pond .

Lincolnshire ponds plants. Have the best plants in the game. I ordered 5 plants and they came promptly, in perfect condition and were ready to go straight into my pond/aquarium

Plants arrived early and first impressions are that they are healthy
