yarn color inaccurate
speed and service was great, but the color of the lang merino 120 in 09 was way different in person than on the lindehobby website (i know that screens often create discrepancies but this was the biggest difference i have experienced so far). would have ordered a different shade.

Not what I ordered....
I ordered a pack/set of coordinated yarns and the colors that I got were not the colors listed. I submitted a help request through the website, but got no response at all. So, now I'm stuck with yarn colors that I did not want and no action on the part of lindehobby. I'd love for them to contact me to straighten this out, or at least provide some sort of explanation.
