The website is easy to read and order from. My order came when expected. I appreciate the low shipping and tariff fees for shipping to the US.

Happy with my purchase
I was very happy with my purchases. The shipping was quick and the price I paid was very reasonable. I will definitely continue to order my knitting supplies from your store.

Rough handling
The wool yarn I purchased arrived crushed inside a shipping box that was far too small for it. I had to wind it immediately to try and restore it.

Great Variety of Products!
I love the brands you carry and have struggled in NYC to find a supplier. I was able to get the yarn I needed for my project at a great price! The shipping time was reasonable and I was kept up to date at the progress.

The yarn is great, but packing is awful
The yarn is great. The selection of yarn is great. But just recently, they started vacuum sealing the yarn to mail it. Not just a little, they sucked all the oxygen out and totally crushed the yarn. A little vacuum seal would be ok, and even though I waited several days for the yarn to recover, in some cases it did not until I steamed it with an iron. And then I had to stick it in the dryer or in front of a dehumidifier to make sure it was completely dry again before storing until I'm ready to use it. When you buy something new, you shouldn't have to "fix" it straight out of the box (or poly bag).

Beautiful wool arrived at a good price…
Beautiful wool arrived at a good price despite tariff added on. Took a little time but the wait was well worth it. I’m knitting with Drops Lima now. It will be a cozy, soft sweater for my grandson soon.
