So I knew the shipping would be from the EU now, my items came from Poland, delivery was quick, package was delayed once as it apparently missed the train.
I only ordered as all of the Halloween bits were crazy cheap compared to when I looked last year, the sale is good BUT the sizing lets it down so much.
The clothing itself was beautiful HOWEVER the sizing is so off and weird for every garment. Bought my usual sizes and one dress the arms were ridiculously tight more suited to 2 sizes smaller, another had absolutely no bust room and couldnt be done up, they're not using standard dress sizing at all and fabrics used have no stretch.
I wont be bothering again as I spent nearly £100 only to be able to use 2 of the garments! No point sending it all the way back to Poland really as who knows how long that will take or what happens if someone loses it. Such a shame.

Only when I tried to return did I realise they were in Poland. But I followed the directions to the letter and paid (£18) to return. Flip forwards several months and I have just received the same parcel back.
No refund.
Bunch of charlatans. Avoid.

A very satisfied customer
My review is positive for two reasons: first of all, despite my parcel being delivered to the wrong address ð¥Ž, the Lindy Bop customer service team got back to me quickly, gave me the address the parcel had been sent to (by the shipping company, not Lindy Bop's fault), and I was able to go there to pick it up ðð Secondly, the coat I ordered is lovely - it fits well, and I'm very pleased with it. Adding to the negative comments
Adding to the negative comments - bought a large number of items and returned a coat that I paid £55 for. It cost me £20 to return the item via tracked Royal Mail. Fast forward 3 months later and it was returned to me as not delivered.
Spoke to customer services and they basically told me it was my fault for not paying a âcustoms feeâ. This was not declared as being required at any point when I was arranging the shipping so how I would know how much or that I had to pay this is unknown.
I would suggest avoiding this company.
Lost package but new dress was sent and is perfect
Initially, my dress was lost by the UPS. The claim I made with Lindy Bop was a bit slow, but finally I was offered 3 options: a complete refund, resending the same dress but in other size (they were out of the one I previously ordered) or credit in the shop. I've decided to try with the same dress slightly smaller. It arrived today without any problems. The quality is good, it's exactly as on thr pictures and fits the description. Also, the sizing is right. I'm satisfied and I believe I'll order more things in future

They used to be double lined dresses. Super comfy to wear. Even in wintertime and now its just 1 flimsy layer or fabric. I ordered 3 dresses and 2 skirts. Normally I wear a EU44. I ordered 1 size up according to their sizing chart. The dresses barely fit and the skirts won't even fit around my waist. I ordered a UK 20 XXXL. How is this possible?
+ on top of that, if I want to return my items I need to pay shipping myself. Which is 38 euros.
Ridiculous.
I used to praise this company a lot. I have about 10 to 15 of their dresses.

Poor quality clothing and abysmal returns process
My initial impression had been positive, UPS delivered the parcel fine. However I was disappointed upon opening - the LindyBop label items are just cheap polyester which I can't wear without overheating. So I wanted to return 4 items. And after lots of waiting and trying to work it out, I have given up!!
The returns policy online and the paperwork they send out with the parcel is conflicting and I waited 3 days to get an email response. I have never appreciated pre-paid return labels more than in this instance because Lindybop DO NOT PROVIDE THEM. Instead they tell you you pretty much have to use UPS or it will get stuck at customs and you'll have to pay the fees. Having went through the UPS lengthy forms, it'll cost £21 and probably another £30 in customs fees, which for an £80 return isn't worth the stress and hassle. I will never shop with Lindybop again. The poor quality items are just not worth the hassle.
Customer service and shipping = 0/5
First of all, 9.45⬠for shipping is sheer robbery.
Next, shipping is done by UPS, so please just avoid this shop unless you want to deal with UPS and their incompetent service. They claimed that either my address and/or name are incorrect (which is not true) so they couldn't deliver my parcel. Getting in touch with UPS is almost impossible, so I tried to contact Lindy Bop so they deal with the delivery problem (as they are UPS's customer, not me). Turns out it's kinda hard to contact them, as the e-mail address listed on their website doesn't work. This is highly unprofessional and I doubt that both UPS and Lindy Bop are going to get back to me and solve this problem.
The quality on some coats is not great
The quality on some coats is not great, theyâre thin and not made evenly the lining of the coat and the coat is not flush so thereâs always wrinkles at the bottom of the coat Iâm not too happy Iâve bought over 10 coats over the years before they closed down and then reappeared again ! The quality has gone down .
Expensive for what they are
Their returns process is abysmal. You pay nearly double the postage to return the item and they only send screen shots of their website and claim thats helping.
They refuse to refund postage you pay to relieve the item and then still expect you to pay all the return costs including importation to them so instead of paying postage cost (mine was £13) you then have to pay additional postage to return (mine was £16) so I would of been nearly £30 out of pocket. They only give you 14 days to return items what happens if your away at the time its delivered your screwed! Customer service is disgusting.
Their items are all over priced for what they are especially because they wont provide a returns label (alot of companies give you the returns label on the bottom of the invoice). I for one wont be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone!

So I am being punished for asking for a replacement or exchange. They simply dont answer. I didnt want a refund. I asked them to pay for the return, they simply wont answer, see above, that was the response.
So, Helena and Lucie, customer service means answering people with legitimate questions, not ignoring them.
When you supply good that are simply not as described expect people to respond.
