Great experience was super easy and my teeth are so straight also a lot cheaper than going to my usual dentist ($10,000)

My experience with Linea for my orthodontic retainer has been genuinely excellent from start to finish. The whole process felt smooth and well-organised, which immediately put me at ease. Booking my initial consultation was simple, and the team were really responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had beforehand.

At the appointment, the dentist was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They carefully assessed my teeth, talked me through why a retainer was important for maintaining my results, and made sure I understood the options available. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me.

The scanning process itself was quick and comfortable—much easier than I expected. Instead of messy impressions, they used modern digital scanning, which made the whole experience far more pleasant. Once everything was set, I was kept updated throughout the production stage, which gave me confidence that everything was on track.

When I received my retainer, it fit perfectly straight away. It was comfortable, discreet, and easy to wear, especially at night. The team also gave clear aftercare instructions, so I felt confident maintaining it properly.

My dentist, Dr Tina Son from Abbotsford Dental, was incredible. She was warm, professional and explained each stage of the process clearly so I always felt comfortable and knew what to expect. I’ve seen quite a few dentists over the years and I will definitely be returning to see her for my ongoing dental care.
The customer service from Linea was beyond excellent. The team helped coordinate appointments, checked in regularly for progress updates and photos, and were always easy to reach through the chat function in the Linea app, which made communication really convenient.
One feature I particularly liked was the 3D modelling tool in the app, which showed me what my teeth were expected to look like early in the process. Being able to visualise the expected outcome from the beginning gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment.
I’m so happy with my results and couldn’t be more pleased with how my teeth look now. The whole experience was professional, supportive and straightforward. I would happily recommend Linea to anyone thinking about aligners.

Couldn’t have had asked for a better experience with Linear. I was a little unsure of my decision to go Linear over another more expensive option, as I thought maybe cheaper meant not as good of a result - but this wasn’t true at all! The process was so easy from day one, the app is great for tracking progress and the communication is amazing. I only needed my retainers in for 3 months which was well below my expectations going in to this. The results are incredible, my teeth are perfectly straight and look amazing. My dentist, Dr Chu at Mt Lawley is the best dentist ever and he made everything from the attachments, to all of my follow up appointments in between, comfortable. I would highly recommend Linear to anyone if you are looking to use retainers to straighten your teeth.

Honestly from start to finish this was great. I only did my bottom teeth and wearing clear aligners heaps better than braces. Actually couldn't fault the process, app was great. The dentist that I saw was so lovely! Quick and easy! Highly recommend!!

I looked at quite a lot of options for straightening my teeth and Linea seemed to offer the best balance between the service offered and the price. It was less than half of the price quoted to me for other services overseen by a dentist. I was thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for minor straightening and adjustments. The only inconvenience was that they do not have a partner dentist in the CBD so I had a travel a bit for the dentist appointments but the dentist was great. Overall I found it to be a super easy process and I’m really pleased with the results.
