Unfortunately, once the package is handed over to the courier, transit times are no longer within our control but depend entirely on the carrier's logistics management.

Our team responds promptly to every email and to all customers who contact us; if you wrote to the correct address, you most certainly received a reply (please check your Spam folder as well).

Finally, as stated in our return policy, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer via a courier of their choice. We clearly specify on our website that our headquarters are located in Italy, and we allow customers to choose their own carrier specifically so they can select the most convenient and cost-effective service available to them.

I’m truly sorry for the mistake: we did indeed ship the wrong size, and I take full responsibility for it.

To resolve the issue, I personally initiated the return procedure at our expense and arranged for the shoes to be collected so we could replace them or issue a refund as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you informed us that the original box was thrown away: under these conditions, we are unable to proceed with the collection, because our return policy clearly states that items must be returned complete with all original accessories and in their original packaging.

We’re sorry we couldn’t complete the process, but in this case it wasn’t possible for reasons beyond our control.
