Nothing is too much trouble from purchasing bikes to parts to acquiring information

Wasn't looking to change my bike but Harry sorted me out with an offer that would have been silly to refuse. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently, just a shame the weather didn't play ball !! Got soaked to the skin on the way home (out of Norfolk Triumphs control sadly).

I got my new street triple through Harry at Lings Triumph. He was super helpful and made the process easy and fun.

One of the things that makes Norfolk Triumph so great is you are always treated like a friend. When you enter the shop they are really welcoming, but not over bearing, there for you when you have a question, not chasing you around trying to sell.

All the staff are knowledgeable, they made buying a real pleasure. Once my new bike made it to the shop, they took no time at all getting ready to be collected. Great customer service.

Great experience with Harry at Triumph Watton. Helpful, knowledgable and overall fantastic sales experience from initial enquiry on the phone through to riding a new purchase out of the showroom. All questions answered and he went the extra mile to get me out on new bike much quicker than expected!

Jake was absolutely brilliant to deal with, and made the whole thing so easy. I also like the way he contacted me after a couple of days to check I was happy. Brilliant customer service.

Lings Watton recently serviced my Triumph 1200 Rally Pro and could not have been more accommodating in terms of the date, time, letting me use their WiFi and allowing me to work in their showroom whilst I waited.

I ordered my lovely brand new Triumph Speed 400 from Lings in Watton in March. James the sales executive was very helpful. My new bike was ready for me to collect three weeks earlier than expected. On the day of collection I received a short Video of the bike sitting in the showroom which I thought was a really nice touch. I found that all the staff at Lings in Watton were all very nice, polite and welcoming. Great job guys and I love my new Triumph. 😁

Excellent customer service from this Dealer.
Following some issues with my Tiger the dealer rang me and immediately offered help and went out of his way to ensure that I was totally happy with my purchase.
A solution was agreed with minimal fuss and I am extremely grateful for the way this was dealt with.
Old fashioned Customer service still exists - how refreshing!!
