I contacted Linia cosmetic surgery, l spoke to Jayne to enquire about the total cost of Augmentation with implants. I was told the total cost immediately which l was very pleased about as l had contacted other places but they would not give me the total price.Jayne then sent me all the relevent paperwork which explained everything and gave me the choice of two surgeons Mr lrshad and Mr Aslam .l chose to go with Mr lshard.l then booked my consultation through Jayne .
Jayne sent me a link to make the payment which was very easy to use.
At the Peterborough clinic l was made to feel at ease with the warm welcome l received from Jayne . I then met Mr lrshad for my consultation he explained everything and answered any questions l had. I was then given the opportunity to try different implants to help me decide the size. My surgery was at Harley Street London which was just a day case all the staff at the hospital were brilliant.After the surgery all my check ups have been at the clinic in Peterborough and all the staff are so helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately l had a few problems after the surgery which had been explained to me at my consultation could possibly happen, but all the problems have been sorted out at the Peterborough clinic. I am so glad l chose Linia cosmetic surgery for my augmentation with implants. l am very happy with the final outcome. I did consider going abroad to have the surgery but so glad l didn't. I highly recommend Linia if you are considering having cosmetic surgery.

From the very first consultation to the very end of surgery the whole experience was fantastic. The aftercare was faultless especially the lady who looked after me when I came out of surgery she done her absolute best she was an angel.

I am so happy with the results of my breast lift with implants. I was extremely worried with undergoing surgery, but having 6 days of slight discomfort I am extremely happy with the results, and how quickly I have recovered and my healing process. The day of surgery was a breeze, and the post surgery meal was lovely. The surgeon Mr Irshad and his team were amazing. The anaesthetist was so lovely and thorough. Jayne at Linia has been amazing answering any query I have day and night.

From my first consultation, Mr Aslam impressed me with his professionalism and genuine care. He took the time to patiently explain every aspect of the process, ensuring I understood all the details and felt comfortable asking any questions I had.
Throughout, the entire process was handled with impressive efficiency and attention to detail. I always felt supported and reassured, with clear guidance provided at each step. From the 1st phone call I was immediately put at ease. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago (29th Dec). This was my 2nd breast augmentation, the 1st one was 16 years ago. I also needed an uplift which I wasn't keen on due to scarring but after being shown the surgeons work I was more than happy to go ahead. Jayne has been amazing throughout, extremely knowledgeable and has made me feel relaxed. Dr Irshad is amazin and the nurses there are wonderful and so helpful, making sure i was ok all the time, and the nurse at the Peterborough clinic is so friendly. I have had minimal pain, more discomfort than anything, and I love the results. I can't recommend Linia enough.

I have been searching up and looking at loads of different cosmetic place to have a breast augmentation and glad I came across linia cosmetics.

From my 1st initial phone call right through to the day of my surgery I felt in safe hands.

Jayne was absolutely amazing from the get go. She was only at the end of the phone any time of day and night. Without her I dont think I would have went through with it.

Dr. Irshad and Dr. Aslam are absolutely amazing surgeons and couldnt fault them in any way. Fitted me up to my right size wot would suit me and till I felt comfortable.
They didnt rush the appointment either.
They covered all aspects of the surgery and after care.

Ive since had follow up appointments and have another one the end of January.

I was in alot of pain after surgery as went behind my muscles but after 3 days the pain subsided and was more comfortable. And jayne was always there for any questions I had.

I would definitely recommend linia cosmetics and would have further surgery if I decided or needed to in the future.

And my results after 3 months are AMAZING!

My confidence has grown loads and feel so better in myself.

I was really nervous about my surgery as it was something I’d never had done before and was completely new to me and I cannot fault Linia at all. Laura my PA from the start was always so friendly and reassuring which instantly made me feel relaxed. When I went for my consultation Dr Irshad was also great and extremely knowledgeable - his calmness really put me at ease and I instantly knew I was making the right decision by choosing Linia. I am now 2 weeks post op and already so pleased with my results, this has completely changed my confidence in the best way and I can’t thank Dr Irshad and Laura and the rest of the team involved for how amazing my experience was. I would recommend everyone I know to go to Linia!!!

Quoted one price of £500 I said I would leave it.

Made it perfectly clear I was unhappy with the price quoted and would not proceed with the treatment as I was unable to afford it.

Mr Aslam asked what my budget was & I said I hadn't thought about it. We then discussed further I said if he would do a buy on get one free for the filler I would proceed. He agreed.

The price was given after the treatment was administered. I did not agree to that price!!!!

When I queried the price I was told no agreement had been made for the treatment.

If no agreement was made. Why would I proceed!!!!

Must admit I'm very disappointed.
Having agreed a price with Mr Aslam & then being ignored is not great business practice along with being unfair to your clients.

I had a breast lift and augmentation in April and I am so happy with the results. Every one was excellent from pre op care to after care. Jayne was available for me to get in touch with at all times with any questions and also rang to check I was okay the day before and the day after the operation. Dr irshad explained everything in detail and went through the whole procedure with me. All of the staff at Harley street were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and looked after especially the anaesthetist and the recovery nurse. Sobia and Dr irshad were great with my after care and I’ve had no complications at all. I’m so happy with the results Thankyou Linia I would definately recommend.

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction and ongoing nightmare dealing with your clinic, particularly the behavior exhibited during my paid consultation on October 27th. Mojdeh Khoransy from your admin staff handled the session and, to my dismay, seriously downplayed the risks of the surgery. This misconduct is unacceptable and has left me deeply concerned. Allow me to outline the breaches that have transpired:

Misrepresentation of Risks:
Despite the document claiming that the risks were clarified by the doctor, it was the admin staff who covered them. This is a critical misstep, as Ms. Khoransy is not a medical professional. Her drastic downplaying of the risks, coupled with false and misleading information, is alarming.

Coercive Signing Tactics:
Ms. Khoransy, while verbally discussing the risks, had me sign the booklet in numerous places. Each time, she assured me that the mentioned risks were improbable and tied them to specific conditions or non-compliance with care guidelines. This deceptive approach is a clear red flag. Furthermore, the omission of information regarding the non-refundable £1000 in the signing process is both unethical and deceptive.

Payment and Booking Process:
The clinic's insistence on a £1000 deposit for surgery, coupled with the lack of a card payment option, raises serious concerns. The subsequent absence of an email confirmation for the booked surgery adds another layer of suspicion.

Refund Denial and Harassment:
Upon reconsideration, I promptly notified the clinic the next morning, expressing my decision not to proceed with the surgery. However, I was informed that the £1000 deposit is non-refundable, and to exacerbate matters, I received a harassing phone call from Ms. Khoransy. This unprofessional and stressful encounter is utterly unacceptable.

Document Transparency:
Despite multiple requests, the clinic has only shared the form outlining the non-refundable £1000 clause, neglecting to provide the complete set of documents I signed. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning.

In conclusion, my experience with your clinic has been nothing short of distressing. I urge caution to anyone considering your services, as it appears that financial gain takes precedence over patient well-being. The disregard for ethical practices and the harassing behaviour I have endured are unacceptable. I implore you to rectify this situation promptly by refunding the £1000 and providing the complete set of signed documents.

Failure to address these issues will undoubtedly lead me to explore legal avenues and share my harrowing experience with relevant authorities and the public.

Awful staff. Awful surgeons both Aslam and Ishard. Disgusting results! AVOID AT ALL COSTS or it WILL cost you in ways you cannot imagine!!

Right from my first consultation to my surgery day my experience with Linia was brilliant. Jayne was fantastic always there for me no matter what time or day of the week it was. Mr Khalid was great, friendly & caring & making sure I was happy with my results even when I needed some revision, still having the same care & after care. I would highly recommend this clinic & especially Mr Khalid

I had breast augmentation surgery in March and all I can say it amazing! I am so pleased with the results. Linia has been amazing from the beginning to this point and I could not fault them. All the staff are lovely, so caring and really put you at ease when nervous, like I was! Dr Irshad was the best surgeon I could’ve asked for and has helped me gain my confidence back. The aftercare and communication has been at no fault and my healing process has been so easy, next to no pain and very minimal scar. The best!
