Great experience from my time with them so far, nothing has been too much trouble for Alan. I attended an induction at Euro Quality Coatings, Alan followed up with me two days later, confirming that I had been selected for a position. I started the following week. Thank you, Alan, for securing me a position in a great company.

I was sent a mail with attached application foam to update, later same day was called on to follow up my application foam and submit, I was happy about that.

The fact that before starting work they go in depth to make sure you understand what you are signing up for and help you with anything you need to know is a great sign of a good company.

Early days for me with Links, but so far they have been excellent 👍

Very thankful for links helping me get my foot in the door at op chocolates and after spending 7 months with them being taken in by op themselves. Links were a great help with any enquires or issues I had. Magda was the employee I mainly dealt with and she was great.

Alan at links recruitment has been brilliant the whole time ive been with them they got me a life time job and im so happy with everything theyve done for me

My experience with LINKS Recruitment group has been good. They helped me get back into employment after being made redundant earlier in the year. An employee called Bryony was Super helpful in talking me through how to use the phone App for hours that i have worked. Bryony was also very good at communicating and is a great asset to your company.

Fairly easy to use, though when your entering dates on mobile device you have to press back button so many times.

I worked yesterday.. And I want to thank Ms Magda. The last few weeks I was unavailable because of my assignments. I wanted to finish them before my summer vacation. But finally, OP chocolate off hired me. Last week I called and texted OP chocolate and asked what I could do to join again. All of them told me no you can’t join OP chocolate again and we can nothing to do. I couldn’t think what I can do. Because suddenly I can not find a new job. Then I texted Ms Magda personally because I trusted her.. Finally, she helped me again. She is very kind. Her support means a lot to me. Not only me, all of agency workers. All of us are talking about the excellence of her duty. I wanted to make her day better, even a word. Thank you again and again. May your dreams come true day by day more than you expect.. I worked at OPs chocolates through Links since February I found them very accommodating with shift patterns and always had plenty of work with them Magda in particular was great always at the end of the phone and very helpful

Magda Polanski helped me for 5months with work in OP factory Dowlais, was quick to respond and helpful and very professional with her work, muchly recommended to anyone using links.

No company is perfect, there a mistakes that naturally happen. However, having saying Links do try. When anything needs doing with Links I always get a swift response and/or resolution.
They are always more than willing to help. I spoke with Angela and she was quick and efficient with handling my query and ensuring I was happy.

Only just signed up but one of the best agencies been dealing with Gabby who has been very helpful and got me into work straight away :)

Got to be the WORST agency to have ever come across in my life.
Extremely poor communication skills between eachother at the office having one agent saying one thing and the other saying something totally different.
I had agents calling me and speaking to me like am some sort of imbosiel!
Thinking it's ok to speak to their workers in such a rude manner as though you are lower than them.
They really do not care about their staff and to be honest I'm glad I never went further into gaining recruitment with them because if my first experience with them just getting an assessment done was soo disgusting then god knows how they would have treated me or even organised anything afterwards!!

Do NOT go forward with signing up or even getting recruited into such a monstrosity of a company!
BEAWARE!
