Great customer service

Linostee responded to all emails with a personalized response. Shipping was within the stated timeline, and I received an email update on my item. When I received my item with a flaw, I emailed a picture Linostee replaced the item. I am very impressed with the customer service. The quality and look of the jacket is well worth the money. I would buy again from them.

Goldwing Shirt - mid to poor

I did not realize it would take several weeks for the shirt to arrive when ordering. This time line should be explained more clearly.
The Goldwing graphic on the back of the shirt is really poor quality. I would not recommend this shirt.

Had 1 sweater jacket and 1 pull over


Had 1 sweater jacket and 1 pull over sweater. They messed up the jacket wording and the pull over sweater the decals on the back were damaged. I requested a refund. They didn't want to. They just wanted to resend the 2 items. I don't even like the quality of the 2 sweaters. Very thin material, not good quality at all. They will not refund the money or send a return label for me to return the items. After numerous emails back and forth they gave 60% back but that's it. I don't want these items due to the quality. But they will not honor there own rules as to a full and free refund.

The zipper is down on for a left handed


The zipper is down on for a left handed person. I'm having a hard time zipping up the hoodie. The mopar hoodie itself is very nice. Hate the zipper. What can you do to fix this?

I had a hard time placing the order and


I had a hard time placing the order and when it finally delivered it was to small.
I ordered an xlarge and it looks like its a Medium but says xlarge. The shirt is nice but if this shirt is really an xlarge, your sizes are off. This was supposed to be a gift and I couldnt give it to him.

Beware of this company

I cannot give a product review because after almost 6 weeks I still haven't received my order. I have emailed Linostee several times about this issue and still haven't received any response. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And they have the nerve to ask for a review.
