We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please understand that we use hot stamping printing technique which is widely used, resulting in a high-quality and durable print. We also published on website that "all products are made-to-order and proudly printed with the best screen printing or print to garment processes available".

However, we understand that our product did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for that. We always strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers, and we are disappointed to hear that we fell short in your case.
