The quality of the product is awesome and exactly what I was looking for

I love how easy it was to put the covers on. It made the whole room look transformed.

Stay away! They will not honor their warranty. Couch broke while still under warranty. They refuse to replace because they “don’t have the replacement parts” yet they are still selling the same couch on Amazon and on their website. They won’t send someone to repair. Their only “replacement” option is for us to buy another couch from them and they would offer a “small discount” as a “gesture of goodwill”.

Super fast shipping. Packaged very well. Great product.

Despite originally flagging my order as high risk, and making me jump through some security hoops that irritated me, Linsy eventually shipped my 13 piece order and I received it quickly within 3 days. It was a breeze to put together- it took about an 1 and 1/2- and was actually fun! Seats are firm, but comfortable. They are not too low, and are easy to get up from, the back cushions are soft yet give support, and so far we are loving the set. I wish I could attach a picture.

Beautiful modular sectional system that lets you configure your purchase however you'd like. Love the flexibility and the fact that the cover come off for washing as well as you can replace them with other colors if you decide to later. Great buy for the money!

I love the quality and versatility of the set. I can make the couches work for me and whatever my needs are in the moment. I would never buy a traditional couch after this. PLUS EVERYTHING IS WASHABLE! Love It!!!

Shipping, assembly, look and feel all matched my expectations. The only issue was that the track on the console drawer came off and I had to reattach it.

We do not like the feel of the fabric and the return policy is horrendous

We received our shipment in full and assembled it but found it incredibly uncomfortable and my skin started to break out from the material. Not sure if there is some type of fabric treatment on the pieces from the warehouse but any bare skin started to itch and little bumps formed. I have been trying to contact customer service for a full day and there is no telephone number, no one is responding to their online chat and no one has responded to the message through their website. We want to return the items but now that they have been opened and set up we have to pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price for them even though we physically cannot use them without my skin irritated.

Absolutely love the sectional. Only thing that would make it better is if the boxes didn’t all show up at once. Had 6 large boxes on the lawn since I was at work

The couch is beautiful and arrives relatively easy to setup once you can get it out of the box. Its a bit firm and a tiny bit short in the cushions but does work in over a little use. I got the velvet fabric and am happy with it although the grey is still very blue, so in this fabric the only two options you have are both blue... The purchasing was a mess though and they took a full week to respond to my urgent messages 'because of a holiday in china' Their payment plans make you click the same button as purchase now and their glitch site updated on me as I clicked the payment options button and just purchased immediately, even refreshing immediately couldn't stop the purchase then the couch arrived to me before they responded to my cancelation request. Once support did reach out they were apologetic and gave a very small refund like 3% of the purchase price small and said thats all they could do. Seemed like too little too late. hoping to not need their service ever again.
TLDR not a bad couch just hope you never need to contact support

We purchased a mattress topper that literally fell apart one year later. I have 5 herniated discs and 2 bone diseases. For reference, I'm 5'1" and weigh 112 pounds. This is not something purchased for comfort but for health. The warranty is utter crap. They are only offering a cheap grade replacement, not a high end replacement that we purchased. No refund. Nothing. DO NOT BUY. Trust me. You don't want to go through the hassle of repeated back and forth emails just to find out that the 10 year warranty is just a bunch of hot air. The company doesn't care about their customers, clearly.

Absolutely love this sectional. So much storage and space for the whole family to relax.

As much as I wanted to love this couch (and it does have amazing versatility and storage) it’s just not comfy. We imagined movie nights and making it into a bit bed. We have found the ottomans break easily so they can’t hold weight, the seats are small and uncomfortable, and they become unhooked a lot since each piece is since and they are hooked together. We did a lot of research and bought the couch way in advance of moving to our home. But by the time we moved into our new home and had a few weeks to use it, it was a place we wanted to lounge. We were also told by close family members and friends when they came over that it felt cheap and they were not for it either. It’s disappointing. So much money down the drain. Linsey Home has been little to no help. I give 2 stars because the storage is excessive and we can always use storage and also that it can be versatile at times.
