Fast shipping, great product for the price point, and fast email response to questions. Time will tell how it holds up but since I purchased extra covers, should be good for a long while.

The shipping was speedy. The couch was everything I could have hoped for. I have only had it for 2 weeks and have already loaded up the storage under the seat and rearranged it 3 times. I love the comfort and the fabric. The versatility is so great. I got the console a couple days after the rest of my order and it was worth the wait. I was surprised at how well built it was and the features of it were more than I thought. To show I am impartial, the Ottoman is nice and is of course built to be made into a chair if you wanted. However when the cushion is the only thing on the base you can kind of see where other pieces should lock in and the cushion doesn't stay in place as much as I'd like. The arms for chairs, one side is longer than the other which works well as a seat. I had a couple extra arms and made a love seat using two seat bases and four arms, it looks cute but you can see some of the black fabric that is meant to be hid by the real chair back. Not that big a deal but could be fixed pretty easily I think. A little more fabric to hide the hidden part or a little more square to increase versatility. My last thing is more of a request. The console is so great I think next should be some sort of coffee table cover for an ottoman. My family was wondering where to place their drinks so I have yet to get a coffee table. So I was thinking if I could flip the cushion over and have a hard surface that would be cool. Anyway. Love the Rubik iii.

Ordered this couch at 12:30pm and it came the next day at 11am.

Unboxing it was super easy and assembly took roughly 15 minutes for the entire couch (I got the 3 seater).

First impression was that the couch is super comfortable, has tons of storage, and is very sturdy.

I bought this for my kids playroom to add useful storage and seating to a very small room. So far, I'm very happy with my decision.

We love our new sectional. It was easy to put together. Like a lot of people stated the cushions can move easily, but it's not really that much of a hassle to push them back in place.

Very happy with our purchase. We got the Rubik III with 3 ottomans. It came the same week and was super easy to put together. We have 2 dogs and now we can all get on the couch at the same time with no problems.

The couch is so comfy. I love the modular design so I can rearrange and add to it at ease.

We have had the couch for about a month now and we love it. We love the comfort and the flexibility this couch provides for ourselves, and our guests. It's super comfy and I LOVE how the covers are removable and washable! I can't say enough about the amount of storage this couch provides. I live in a small house and the storage in this couch was a game changer. The only wish I have for the couch is a better way to secure the seat cushions to the base when the base is being used as an ottoman or a chaise. The little grippy dots on the bottom of the cushions are not enough. I find the seat cushions off kilter or off the base often because of normal family use. Regardless of this wish, I would totally buy this couch again.

Easy to order, looks nice. Easy to put together. Was hoping for slightly better quality- am a little worried about how it’ll hold up. The console is great except the plugs make noise when they are charging anything? Like a whining sound. Ultimately, the couch is comfy with some throw pillows and has great storage. I think it was overall a great choice for a family with kids.

The customer service is really good. The couch is similar to what I'd expect in a dorm lobby from a quality perspective

Both couches arrived with an extra item that wasn’t supposed to come. This is not a bonus because I now have to figure out how to get rid of these big items no one can make use of unless they want to buy the same couch. What’s even worse is that the corner piece to both couches is missing. Things happen so I emailed customer service. Obviously, at this point I’m giving away my time for free. Customer service responded to my message quoting tracking numbers that they didn’t bother to check because all of the items were already delivered. They tried to tell me to be patient because items were in transit. They sent me completely useless information so I had to type out my email again submit all of the pictures clearly demonstrating that I had extra pieces yet was missing pieces. As of this post, I have put in time to try to get a response and I have weird couches in two different houses that don’t have a corner. And, customer service doesn’t even read what I sent them because they replied with completely irrelevant information they didn’t bother to check. All they had to do was click on tracking and paste each of the tracking numbers just like I did , and they would’ve known that everything has arrived. I mean, it’s kind of weird. They couldn’t see that on their end? So, I’m not really sure how they’re running their business at this point and I’m $8,000 out with incomplete couches and no confidence in customer support. I’ll update my review if I ever receive the corner pieces and I would have no idea how in the world to return these couches if I never receive the corners. There is no pre-sales support available, btw. I ended up just crossing my fingers because it was too complicated to try to figure out how to type out or articulate the various questions that I had. I’m sure once the pieces arrive. It’ll be a great situation. If they arrive, because I don’t know if customer service is, going to eventually have the lightbulb turn on and you can’t call anyone. I do feel better about the fact that they use trust pilot because that’s always assigned that somebody wants to improve so fingers crossed.

Well built units, need more of a selection of fabrics of the different covers. The uniqueness of being able to change covers is cut short by availability. Also you cannot order just a single cushion, a single arm piece, or just a back piece. “ I was impressed by the construction, but these things I pointed out were because once I received my order, I wanted to change the configuration a bit (it IS supposed to be modular) needing different pieces to do so. Again, the uniqueness was cut short by how the pieces can be ordered. Which baffles me, because it’s truly versatile, so it’s either a website issue or a warehouse one.

I love the furniture! Looks great, feels great, and easy to assemble.

Free shipping in a super innovative product. Ability to make it larger make it smaller make it into a bed change the color and storage to boot. Pretty smart design if I do say so.

Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful, and took care of the issue I had to my stratification.

The comfort is not pleasing and we also receive a stain on it when we open up just one box. Im trying to return it but it is like pulling teeth. There is no customer service and when you call 1-838-943-0677 to speak to some to start the return process the mailbox is full. After starting a chat on the website it mysteriously is not working and now I'm doing everything by email which I have. I was sent an email stating my ticket is closing because i haven't responded to them in a week after responding to them daily and I have screenshots and emails to prove that I had been responding but it seems whoever is helping me is clearly hesitating and I believe it is so I can go pass my 30 days so I cannot get a refund. I WILL NOT BUY. ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN THIS SO I CAN MOVE ON BUT IM NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY!!! NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION AND CHECKING MY EMAILS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO SEE IF I WAS SENT AN APPROVAL. ALSO I SUBMITTED A ONE STAR REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT DID NOT POST AND IM PRETTY SURE THERE ARE PLENTY OF REVIEWS LIKE THIS THEY WILL NOT POST. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The good:

The bad:
~ One leg came damaged and won’t screw in straight.
~ No customer service phone number. Will have to try to resolve through email. Not a customer service convenient method.
~ Back cushions aren’t wide enough. We set up a three-person couch. There are gaps between the cushions. The cushions seem to be designed for chairs, so don’t fit properly for couches.
~ Cushions are stiff. Hoping they soften with use.
