Unavoidable problem with order was rectified beyond my expectations.

Amazing meat, but very expensive. The meat is great quality and lots of choices. The cost is high and to add on shipping makes it crazy.

Delivered across country, good variety (3) of meats - for various occasions!!

Wonderful steak delivered all the way to Arizona. After two days of shipping it was still frozen solid and when thawed and cooked, was simply delicious! Will order again!

Prior to this order, I have never had a problem with any purchase from Linz. This order included four 10oz Rib-eye steaks, misc. chicken, and ground beef. One of the identified rib-eye steaks failed to resemble a rib-eye and had no marbling at all. It looked like it was possibly a mislabeled flat iron steak but definitely was not a rib-eye. The steak was square, tough, and lacked that rich beef flavor I am used to when I buy beef from Linz. That a packaged beef steak, that was clearly not up to standard was included in my order, is what was most disappointing, and the reason for the 3-star review. On 2/16/24, I added one more star to this review, as Linz Customer Service responded to this review with a wonderful offer, I chose to decline but which shows they stand by their product and the depth of integrity that is their hallmark.

I have had many great ribeye steaks at a "famous" local steak restaurant known as the Beefmastor Inn in Wilson, NC. Their steaks are always awesome. I found out they sourced their ribeyes from Linz and I was thrilled to find out that individuals could purchase steaks directly from Linz. I have placed several orders (Prime ribeyes, bone-in ribeyes, and filets) and they have all exceeded our expectations. Great steaks and great customer service. Definitely Five Stars!!!

I was excited about my wagyu steak and I was impressed to see it packed with dry ice (despite the cold weather) in a styrofoam box. The only (minor) complaints I have is that there are very vague cooking instructions and the box is huge for the steak.

The lobster was excellent and a good portion.
The Filet was juicy and great taste

Ordered the High Roller for Steaks to cook on NYE and they were an absolute hit and were faboulous. Used the steak seasoning provided and with my grilling skills worked out phenomenal!

One of our recipients called us to let us know their NY Strips were delicious however the Ribeyes were Rancid! This is unacceptable!
