please don’t waste your time & money

Ordered and paid for express delivery (5-8 business days) so that items would arrive before I go on holiday. It’s been 5 business days and items have not been dispatched, estimated due dates are showing as while I’m away (and way beyond the 5-8 days advertised). Have emailed 3 times with no response. I just want them to cancel & refund me. Please don’t buy from this site.

I ordered 3 bras which were very cheap quality and bad fitting. I requested a refund and they sent me a form to fill in which I did. They said they would process a refund but after a month and various emails to them I still have not received a reply or a refund.

We’re really sorry to hear that your items didn’t fit as expected, and even more so that you’ve had trouble getting in touch with us. That’s far from the experience we want to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the lack of response.

While we’re currently operating with a simplified return process to reduce waste and make things more efficient, the fact that you didn’t receive clear instructions, or any follow-up despite multiple attempts, is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for that.

We’ve now located your order and confirmed that your refund has been processed. The amount should reach your original payment method within the next few days, depending on your bank or card provider.

You don’t need to return the item, we’d never want to inconvenience you further after all this trouble.

We’re a young brand going through a period of very fast growth, and while that’s exciting, it’s also exposed some gaps in our systems that we’re now actively fixing, especially around customer support. Your feedback is being heard, and it’s helping us build something better.

I am requesting a refund for family


I am requesting a refund for faulty goods and despite providing all the information, no response. This is unacceptable. I’ve paid for something I’m unable to wear. I’ll be calling trading standards for some advice unless someone knows what else I could do.

Disappointing Sizing and Customer Service Experience

I ordered a backless body underwear from Liorys using their own size conversion chart, carefully checking all measurements. Despite this, the item arrived with a poor fit. The body length was too long, causing the bra to sit incorrectly and the thong to feel loose and unwearable.

I contacted customer service and was offered an exchange for a smaller size. However, after that initial email, I received no further communication, and the replacement item never arrived. Even after I sent repeated emails requesting an update, there was no answer. Not even acknowledgement that they have received my queries.

While the company invests in attractive advertising that encourages purchases, their customer service falls far short. Once the sale is made, it feels like the customer is no longer a priority.

Poor follow-up and lack of support have unfortunately cancelled out any potential for a positive review. As a paying customer, I’m left ignored and stuck with a product I can't use. If only Liorys showed the same care in after-sales service as they do in their marketing.

Return issues

My daughter bought a dress online for her confirmation. It arrived within the expected time. However the dress was not a good fit for her. We have been trying to contact the company for instructions on how to return the dress and get a refund but despite numerous attempts in contacting them, we have heard nothing! The dress wasn’t cheap and as it doesn’t fit she will never be able to use it. The whole experience has been very frustrating and stressful. I am still hoping they will return to me and we can solve this problem.

I would give a zero star

I would give a zero star. Received item, poor packaging, item was not to the standard I thought it was going to be, plus long delivery.
Same reasons as the other reviews. numerous emails sent requesting a refund or how to return an item as it has no returns portal or returns slip. I am still waiting for a response and I will be reporting.
AVOID.

Ditto to all the reviews on here - DEFO SCAMMING SITE - Will be reporting to Trading Standards. Awful quality. Have requested refund but you guessed it I havent received it AVOID!!!!

Awaiting refund


I ordered a pair of diamanté jeans but they are not up to the standard I was expecting. The button hole was closed so the button could not be pushed through. It seems someone has forgotten to make the hole in the first place.
Also, the rhinestones have been falling off as soon as I took the jeans out of the bag. I am awaiting a response about a refund.

The buttonhole design you mentioned is how our supplier currently manufactures the item, closed intentionally so it can be adjusted for comfort and fit. That said, we understand this isn’t the standard in the UK, and we’ve already requested that future pieces be sent ready to wear.

We’ve processed a full refund for you and there’s no need to return the item. We're also looking into improving the overall quality of this model.

I would like to agree with the other two reviews 0 stars. This is a scam. 100% Imagine a cheap nylon slip from 1972. That is the same fabric as the garment. No compression, lift, support or wearability. They are not based in Manchester, the product came via Heathrow, they are ignoring all social media messages and emails. Im about to go to Trading Standards, I realise my money is gone, but they should be obliterated.DO NOT BE TEMPTED. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give this a zero star I would!!! Shocking delivery, appalling customer service and horrific quality of products. All in all I would highly recommend avoiding like the plague!! I ordered something to come for a specific date; it did not arrive until weeks later. The product was terrible - sizing was way off, material was cheap and style was not as advertised! When I tried to contact the company for a refund, nobody returned any of my emails or responded to the customer care forms that I submitted. Do not use these!!
